Great coffee shack. You can walk up and order on foot or order ahead online. They're fast, polite, make my coffee perfect every time and they have some good snacks like the marionberry scone. Coffee tastes divine and there is a huge menu with dozens of customization options. The mobile app is a little buggy but it works fine.

Have always had a good experience at Coffee Rush which justifies the$7 price tag for my coffee. But today the employee was not listening and it was apparent. Wanted extra ice so upsizing the cup for extra ice which she didn’t do. No chocolate bite on the coffee which she didn’t explain would be missing. Mixed up the half caf and decaf which I will find out in a few minutes if she guessed right. Overall very poor customer service and makes me sad that this has changed my feelings about this place. Will resort to making my coffee at home.

They are ripping you off. I ordered a 24 oz drink for almost 8 bucks. Co worker said it looked small for a 24oz. After finishing my drink we poured a 20oz soda in the cup and it filled just below the brim. Be warned ⚠️ any one want to join me for a class action lawsuit??

I did not realize that this place was not open before five so I just showed up and the lady was kind enough to serve 20 minutes early before they open up. I meant to get her name, but I forgot. Whoever was there this morning, thank you so much and great service! She deserves a raise!

I love Coffee Rush. I have been away 6 and a half years, and in all that time, I never found a Mocha coffee drink I liked. None compares to what Coffee Rush makes. That first sip, I felt like I had died and gone to heaven!!! My husband gets regular coffee, and it was done with just the right amount of cream and Splenda! Give this drive thru a try. I bet you won't be disappointed !!!

The Coffee Rush ladies always elevate my mood. They are so friendly, quick and efficient, and good at making espresso drinks! They are also very focused on each customer. Yesterday, I ordered online and when I picked it up, the barista double-checked with me that I didn't want a flavor. And I certainly DID want a flavor - I had somehow forgotten. She put the flavor right in, smiling the whole time.
The only thing they could improve is, sometimes the hot drinks have too much foam and not enough coffee/milk, but they are still good! The customer service more than makes up for any small thing like that. It's old-timey customer service in a very modern, very expeditious place. Can't recommend enough.
I don't usually stop at drive-thrus, but was headed to a client and needed a coffee and this one looked promising. Kayla and Delilah were both fabulous!! Delilah was at the window and I was going to stick with my usual latte and muffin, but Kayla recommended the savory scone, which I didn't realize was an option, but perfect because I prefer that over sweet treats. Then Delilah recommended a new cold drink and I was hesitant, but figured I'd give it a try. The strawberry cold foam was a game changer! Both of them were cheerful and friendly without being awkward and I will definitely be back in next time I am in the area! Nice staff, great service and solid food and coffee choices!

It was my first time. I got an iced matcha, and yes I like it a little sweet and typically Starbucks is mediocre to me but for this one imma say Starbucks is better. The matcha wasn’t mixed well because there were big chunks of matcha and it was too sweet. The best matcha I’ve tried has been from Black Rock
