The hot chocolate tastes horrid, gross fake over-sweetened hot liquid.

First time there was good. Has been terrible the past 3 times. Just now got a nitro cold brew and it literally tastes like when you get soda from fast food and its basically carbonated water. There was also ice in it which is weird.
It’s either bad coffee or a barista who doesn’t know how to make coffee. Ordered two drinks with extra shots and both look like milk with Little to no coffee.
