Not sure who the new guy is but they need to let him go. Love the coffee and staff but I’ve never seen this worker before. I came with my son and he made us feel very unwelcome. I’m not asking to go above and beyond but the attitude wasn’t needed

Definitely my favorite coffee stand! I wish they were closer to my house so I could go there every morning. Their coffee is amazing and the barista‘s are super nice! I look forward to being in the area so I can stop by.

The woman there this morning, clearly the owner, was so sweet and’s nice and helpful. She gave slight recommendations to make our drink good and not overly sweet. She even gave an extra sweetener just in case we wanted it sweeter. We just moved to the area so we’re really glad we got lucky with our new favorite coffee spot. Will try the food next time!

Everything is good, except it’s really annoying that they mention a tip. It honestly just sours the whole transaction. Yes, tips are optional and they say that in the process when they ask, but it’s unprofessional to even bring it up and mention it at all. Since this is like the fifth time I’ve come here and they mentioned it again, I will unfortunately no longer be giving this company my business.

Have been going here for a while, stopped for coffee today- I don't know what the woman working the counter was doing but this is some of the best coffee my family has had. She mastered this. I wish I tipped her more than 10%, next time when I'm paying with my own money I will. Great experience, I hope she gets a better AC unit.

I wish i could give this spot 6 stars! Great neighborhood coffee stand during the week, coffee roulette on the weekends. My father in-law and I have a rolling bet on how wrong the weekend baristas get our orders. It has happened so much that we have stopped getting mad and made a fun game out of it!

I love Americanos and order them often, all around the greater Portland area. Yesterday I went to Cranky and had the BEST Americano I have ever had. Hands down. There's just something about the coffee blend they use that makes it the best!

A neat little coffee drive through stand located in the neighborhood. We decided to go for walk and made it here. The people working here were both friendly and efficient at getting our drink out to us. The honey oat latte was just we needed to finish our walk in the neighborhood.

We all have bad days. But don’t take it out on your customers. I ordered a large salted caramel breve, hot, extra sweet. I waited in line for 10 min while the 2 girls fixed drinks for a different person on the other side of the shop, that they had messed up. That’s fine. I don’t mind waiting. But then they handed me my drink and it was iced. I told them I was sorry but that my drink was supposed to be hot. The girl said absolutely nothing, glared at me, then took the drink back and proceeded to whisper to the other girl about me, as if I had done something wrong. I finally got my drink but it wasn’t salted caramel and it wasn’t sweet. It just tastes like milk. I didn’t say anything even though at this point, I was pretty upset for how I was treated. They ended up giving me a punch card with a free drink for the “long wait,”, but it’s not about the wait. It’s about the way I was treated. Don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon, despite it being the closest coffee shop to my house. I’d risk a bad drink and a long wait time at Starbucks or Black Rock, if it means being treated nicely.
