I placed an online order and it wasn’t even started when I got there. Someone started my order, but then stopped to get someone else’s order completed who had walked in to place their order. Cookies were good, but service is poor. I also paid the $1 extra to have the birthday sticker and bow and all I got was a sticker.

I put in an order today at 7:43 Am through the Crumble app. I know that they don't open early but hoping that my order will be first in the queue. Around 10:45 Am I called the crumble store in Cedar Hills Beaverton to find out if my order is being delivered. The store lead told me to cancel my order because the doordash driver did not come to pick up the order. She then told me that if I want my order to be pick up soon to call doordash and I told her that I ordered the cookies through their app not doordash. She told me she can't help me about it that its better to just cancel it and get a refund. I am very disappointed because she did not even want to help her customer. Very poor customer service. I hope I will get a refund. I never get confirmation that I will get a refund.
