I don't go that often, but almost always there is something wrong with my order. There's no screen to double check my order and they rarely repeat it back. I ordered 3 items with no customizations.

I understand the rush of a drive thru, having worked at Starbucks for 4+ years, but the staff taking my order was rushing the order too much. They were asking repeatedly, and so often, that they were speaking over me and making the order longer.

Apparently turning around to ask a passenger for their (already decided on) order is too slow.

Took 15 min to get a halfway blended blizzard, and they redused to blend it better

Great selection of food and flavors. Staff was nice (not exceedingly). No wait time to order, and service time was very reasonable after we ordered. Comfortable temp and atmosphere inside during our visit while eating. Thank you!

Don’t waste your money on a blizzard. To begin with their super expensive. And then they charge you almost a dollar for extra toppings. Then when you get the blizzard there is hardly any toppings in there.
If I’m paying almost a dollar for extra toppings, I shouldn’t be seeing very much ice cream

Horrible service, repeated back every thing wrong. It must of been a game. Missed items, long wait. Screwed up the order. There is at least 5 employees inside. EVERY single thing i asked for they repeated something else. Either completely incompetent or unproffessional. Was a 40.00 order with everything wrong.

i bought two medium twist cones with sprinkles. I requested they hook it up with sprinkles and then the guy working handed me this… he told me this was him hooking it up… I bought two small scoops of sprinkles for 25¢ each after, which did not even cover the cone.

I used to go to the DQ on Garden Home Road, but the drive-thru service is so slow, I now go to the Beavetton location, which is very fast and efficient. The DQ food is always consistent between stores, so the service is what sets the Beaverton DQ apart. My new best friends are the staff at the Beaverton DQ.

When I was a kid after a baseball game or soccer game, Mom would take us to get us kids a soft serve from Dairy Queen! Chocolate, vanilla, or the perfect swirl—it’s been my favorite since I was a kid and still hits the spot every time. Decades later and still that good.
