Love their shoe shaped coffee art. It is a great cafe to work from.

Coffee was alright, didn't blow my socks off. No menu is a pretentious choice. People working the counter seemed like they didn't care at all, though our drinks were made quickly. The atmosphere is probably fine if you're a sneaker-head. Personally, the space felt empty and unfinished. Might get a coffee from here again if it was convenient, wouldn't go out of my way though.

I placed a coffee bean order with Deadstock through their website on Dec 8, 2025. Got an order confirmation and that’s it. Never heard anything else. I went in person to the Portland store and found out they are closing in the new year. They told me I should hear back soon but I never did. I also submitted the contact us form on their website and nothing. My order now says it’s been picked up on Dec 30 without any call or who picked it up. I don’t know what to do - but I wouldn’t order anything online via their website.
The coffee was quite good, and the space is large with plenty of seating. If you’re into sneakers, it somehow makes the coffee taste even better 😂

Branding gap between locations.
I was super excited to visit the new Beaverton location but was left wanting a lot more. If you were to randomly walk into this coffee shop you'd likely not recognize the store had anything to do with shoes, sports, or streetwear at all.
From what I could tell during my visit really only the wallpaper leading up to the bathroom had real character while the rest of the main room had a rather modern minimalistic open feel. Now after checking other reviews there is more authentic deadstock character in the side quiet-room, but still very minimal and oddly off to the side where not many people go.
Now the barista and coffee itself were great BUT I really was hoping to get the iconic stencil designs of a shoe or swoosh which for whatever reason wasn't added to both mine and my friends drinks. Seriously it's the Instagram moment that makes this shop stand out as unique. For context we both had one of the seasonal menu drinks dining in.
On a similar note there was no menu in sight besides the seasonal drinks and prices were omitted as well. I see online there was a soft opening menu from nearly a year ago but that's it.
Overall it feels incomparable to the original location at the moment with the potential to leave a lasting mark in the Beaverton coffee scene with a few branding improvements.

Another newer addition to the westside. The place is spacious and has some specials. We ordered the Peachy Keen Latte, which had the right amount of peach flavor to it. The barista waa quick in making the drink and was friendly. Its a cool place to sit and chill or have a conversation at.

Nothing special. No menu or board listing what is offered. Had to guess. Who writes the glowing reviews of places in PDX that are just meh?
This was a first time visit on a rainy Sunday afternoon. It wasn't too busy at all, but the service was very slow. The lone young man working didn't seem experienced and would've benefitted from having a partner. He was very polite though. A more robust selection of baked goods would also go a long way towards making it more homey.

Even among top notch coffee places, this place stands out. Lovely staff. Beautiful and tasty beverages. Calm atmosphere. Great music, both stuff I knew and stuff I was hearing for the first time. One of the cleanest customer lavatories I've seen.

Nice second location of Deadstock. With ample seating and a separate “quiet” work table. Coffee is good and so are the vibes

Good coffee and atmosphere. But needs to have more than one person working the counter and have more tables with outlets for working.

Really comfortable and air conditioned space with a lot of cool decoration. The space tells a cool story and I loved my iced coconut mocha, it was strong and refreshing.
