Placed our order in app for delivery but somehow it changed to pickup. We called and were offered a dessert for the inconvenience and drove to get the order. They were kind and prepared the fries fresh and hot when we arrived. We like the Westerner sandwich which offers 2 types of meats on a French-type roll. Brisket is killer good as is the pulled pork. We got the combo this time - it was BOGO combo free! Love the mac and cheese and the fries were crispy and yummy. Comes with drink in their big yellow cup. Got it to go and there was plenty of meat on the sandwiches - enough for me to make 2 open face sandwiches out of mine! Get some pickles and onions on the side (so it doesn’t get soggy) - they add that extra flair to bbq! Good experience!

Decided to give Dickeys another try after very bad experience a couple years ago. Even worse now. Many years back this place was good, but has really gone downhill. The brisket was so dry I literally choked on it. Kept trying to fix the dryness with melted beef fat (tallow) or adding bbq sauce, but nothing worked. Made me wonder how long ago this brisket was cooked, certainly not the same day I bought it. Incredibly dry. Probably due to their repeatedly re-heating it over several days. Finally just gave up and threw it all in the trash. Waste of my $35. I should've known it would be bad since there were no other customers in there but me. This place should just close. I will make the trip to Busters when I want good bbq. No more throwing my money away at Dickeys.

Meat was old and tough, they didn't give us any Texas toast even though it's was part of the meal and I asked and paid for a cabbage slaw topper, extra onions and pickles and they didn't do that either. The staff says 'welcome to dickeys' as soon as they hear the door chime, but they sound and appear exhausted and unthrilled about their lot in life.
If you're not sad already, just come on in and they'll fix you right up!

Very commercial feel and flavor is almost not even present. Beans had very little flavor no extras and plain. Green beans same, meat same, and dry. Convenient? Yes. Worth it? Maybe. Add flavor yall throw some onions, peppers, and sausage or some sauce in the beans; throw some cajun in ya greens, marinade in tabasco, step ya game up!!!

Quoted total was $3 more than posted prices. After I brought it up, total was still $2 more. Accounting is hazy 🤔 Receipt also did not reflect purchases correctly. I wonder why.
Lady serving food had hair framing her face and no hair net 😐 Kudos to her male coworker who had a hat and a net around his beard.
They were out of fries and bone-in wings. A bit strange for lunch time on Monday but can happen.
Boneless wings didn't taste like wings at all - rather, they are and taste like chicken tenders. Not what I expected but now I know.
Their own BBQ sauce label lists high fructose corn syrup as first ingredient, also has sulfites and preservatives 🙄
Rest of experience was as expected and food had a good flavor.

The people are nice the food is great especially their 3 meat plate with Texas toast I would say it's the best especially the family dish It's priced well and worth the money and the mac is great but if you want something better I will leave a comment for another place but I feel this is great

We have eaten at dickeys many times over the last7 years and it was delicious up until 2 years ago when the food and service went downhill . Wet thought it may just be the change in staff so we waited a while and went back to try it again... I can honestly say it was the worst food I have ever eaten. I ordered the 3 meat plate with brisket and chicken... the brisket was underwood tough and70 fat. the chicken was so dry I could not eat it... they change the roll to Texas toast which was black on one side and not cooked on the other and the mac and cheese was straight out of the refrigerator which I guess would be ok if it was a to go order but we were dining in . and the cost was more than wallet was posted on the sign. I paid over $20.00 for a cup of water as the meal wad not salvageable. I have to say I am sooo very disappointed, and I will not go back.
