Crazy how they offer a coupon price but once you order the price goes up for no apparent reason. I ordered the coupon that offered a medium 2 topping pizza, wings and 16-piece bread bites for $21. I was only able to choose from specialty pizzas and almost all of them were more that 2 toppings.. so i chose the Honolulu Hawaiian pizza with no changes to it. My total came out to $28 and some odd change and then on top of that a delivery charge of $7.99 making my order almost $40.. smh.. great way to trick us out of our money. Should just allow us to pick our own toppings rather than having the slim selection of your specialty pizzas.

I placed the order online , I ordered 1 specialty pizza for 19.99 , I pick up forgot to check if they give what I ordered for when I got home I found out it was wrong pizza that give me the cheese pizza instead and I cannot get of hold of customers service they will not answer the phone

Absolutely perfect delivery experience, arrived hot, ingredients were well balanced and not too many of this or that. Delicious and overall improvement in taste and quality. Definitely better than pizza hut, papa johns or pizza schmizza delivery. Dominos crew thank you!

I ordered online and got the exact same thing that I ordered no mistake was made they made the best pizza ever 5 stars I hope I can come back but it is expensive (but I ordered with a great deal).

Ordered online, for two pizzas, bread bites and a soda. Food was good but Soda was missing. I thought no big deal just give them a call and let them know.
I was on hold for over an hour and at this point I wanted a refund but they would have to put another hold on my credit card and recharge instead of just doing a partial refund. I recognize that there may be system constraints that prevent them from doing this, but this is not a satisfactory resolution. In the end I did not want my credit card to have a nearly 100$ hold and they delivered the soda about 2 hours after the original order.
The manager at the time did offer to give an additional soda as compensation but at that point I just wanted to be off the phone and declined the $4 consolation.

Messed up my order then the lady at the counter was rude and then the manager didn’t honor my coupon so I paid full price and he was also rude. I was polite and smiled the whole time. Guess they’re having a bad day.
