Hi, I ordered a pizza December 3rd. I had it delivered through Uber Eats, but it said one of the employees from the store was delivering it. For some reason the app did not allow me to tip. I tried to go back and it kept giving me an error message, but I just wanted to commend the Employee for a great delivery. The food was great as well. I ordered the food around 4 PM and I live in Reed’s Crossing. Just wanted to say excellent delivery person!

It's disappointing that someone goes to eat at a restaurant and orders a large Fanta to share with the family, and they don't have any glasses to serve the Fanta... we had to go home and eat the cold pizza. It's the last straw that a restaurant doesn't even have glasses to serve a glass of water.

Food never the greatest but you get what you get for the price. However... man did an onsite order and cashier was super confused. 2 pizzas. Both 1 topping carry out special for $7.99 each. You think I just gave him nuclear codes!
Oh and the team making the pizzas arguing with each other. Oveerwhelmed and under trained. PLUS can someone please answer that dang phone for an order. It keeps ringing and ringing....
Update...someone just called in and said their pizzas had a chunk of metal that their son almost ate... wow.
Police called.
Update update... waited 40 minutes in house for our pizzas. Nada. Went to front and found them in the warmer. Complained we were never told then a young kid laughed. Said yes we did and if you were around you'd hear us...we never left the store and they never called us. I called him out and he just smiled and argued. His colleague stepped in to diffuse with the GM.
Girl in back with him laughed with him. Btw she was part of the drama in the metal problem above. They need to be fired. Oh this was the same guy in the beginning of this story that didn't know how to take our order! When we left the girl yelled out sarcastically "thank you and have a great night!" As the bigger person I said "we will thank you!"
Corporate needs to come in and fix this. Finally... pizza taken home and... order wrong... sigh.

Had delivery through this store for a couple of pizzas and the Hawaiian Jalapeño chicken for my order. I’m usually not so picky, but it looks like a child cut my pizzas. The chicken portion came pretty small compared to what I’ve had from other Dominos not in this area. Good and decent food but damn, this was sloppy.
Your Pizza Tracker is a joke they say it's baking the moment your order is finished I show up when it's done and it has just went in the oven don't have a Tracker if you guys are just going to make it look fast I would rather know you're going to be slow

I am a Google Guide. I had to give a 5 star across the board. Doing a search this is my closest store but there system says I am out of their area that Nimbus is my store. I literally was on hold 2 hrs and they never picked up there. Rebecca at this store asked her driver if he was willing and he was so she took care of me even though I was out of her delivery area. Thank you so much Rebecca !!!!!!! Excellent customer service and satisfaction!!!! When my order was delivered it was fresh, hot and delivered by a young man that even paid attention to my sign about the dogs and didn't knock but called. The sign is humorous but so true. Thank you guys all! 😃 🙂 😺 😻
