I'm so glad I rode past Don Churro on my bike ride tonight. I got a mushroom and zucchini pupusa and it was terrific. FYI they told me they'll be out of town for the next two weekends but back on May 11th.Once they're back, their hours are Thu-Sat from 12-7.

Kind of an odd experience. Food item ordered was tasty but very expensive for what it was (elephant ear).

Vegetarian options: I didn't ask what kind of frying oil is used, but it would seem that churros, elephant ears, tortas, and ice cream are all vegetarian. I would say there is very little pure vegan food here.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food! Colorful, sweets, fried doughs. Most kids would gobble this stuff up, right? :)

I LOVED Don Churros! The people that run it are unbelievably kind and generous. I tried the Elephant Ear and it was delicious and so big! Some of my friends tried the churro plate and loved it too! I can't wait to go back!
