We’re new to the area and were in the mood for donuts. My daughter mentioned seeing Donut King on her way home the other day, so we decided to give it a try. We usually treat ourselves to donuts about once a month, and this was our first visit.
The person working the front was very friendly, and when we mentioned we were new to the area, he even threw in his favorite donut for free—which was a nice touch!
The donuts seemed like they were baked fresh that morning, but by the time we came in around 8:30 a.m., they were just okay. Not bad, but not the freshest we’ve had.

so dont get me wrong, voodoo is pretty good, krispy kream is alright, i can settle for dunkin, but these are my favorite classic donuts. i always look forward to coming back to beaverton just for donut king 🍩👑

I had a few extra minutes so I thought I’d pick up a dozen of fancies. Never having been here before, what a great place! It was clean, tidy and a display of the most amazing looking donuts! Not over the top to where the donut gets lost but it’s just the opposite. Such a delicious assortment of flavors and those I asked said the cinnamon rolls were the best!!! They were all beautiful and the bunch I got it for were so excited because it is their favorite. What delicious flavors, it was hard not to take a bite out of each one! I think when in Beaverton it is now my fave too!

I walked in and could feel the warmth from freshly baked donuts. A man came from the back and greeted me warmly. He asked what I was looking for. I told him I was looking for some gluten free options for a school event my wife was having for an incoming class of kids. One of them is gluten free and I was tasked with getting donuts for them. I saw that they had vegan cake donuts and scooped up a couple of those for the fam. We chatted for a bit. He was very personable and warned me that the icing was still fresh on all of the donuts and to be careful. Extra points. Great experience overall!

Great little donut shop if you can find it. It's a tucked away little spot that has great customer service and interesting takes on classics like their raspberry fritter. I love an apple fritter, and theirs is pretty good, but I have found a place that makes the best. I won't post them in this review. Give this place a try you won't be disappointed.

Super awesome customer service from the young man working behind the counter. I had some Crumb Donuts that were fantastic and powdered donuts and chocolate frosted that were disappointing. We'll probably go back.

***EDIT: 7/23/23. My daughter just came back from getting a variety box of donuts (at 7 am Sunday morning) with specialty donuts added. I am beyond shocked that they would sell old donuts as fresh donuts. The glazed is already dry and flaking off, the twist is hard, and the maple bar frosting pops off with each bite. My guess is these have to be 3 days old. I don’t know how they would have donuts that old, especially the glazed. Even my daughter said they tasted old before I even looked at the box. She said she didn’t check the donuts because we have had them before so why check? Nothing was said about the old product-so not sold at a discount. She paid $33.46 with the tip. I am amazed and disappointed that these were even allowed to be sold. This is not the quality we have known from this shop and the last few visits have been getting worse. We will not be spending our money here again.
Original post: We were loyal customers of Donuts Plus but when the baker passed (she was amazing in every way!) we learned about her his place and are so happy to have found such wonderful donuts!! We are hooked!!

We've came here the other day, and it was very nice inside! The donuts were absolutely spectacular as well, so I'm very impressed about that. Only thing I will complain about though is that the guy serving us was extremely rude and dismissive. We felt like we were being rushed and not wanted in there, so was a little uncomfortable as well. Other than that though, the donuts were very tasty! Very impressive.
