25 minutes for a single order of churros, to go, with a single order in front of me (unsure of online orders, but only 1 pick up was picked up while we were in the store), and the store not even half full, with all other patrons already being served.
I've worked in many restaurants and quick service food. The expediting in this store is HORRIBLY run. They have 3 people working, and they tackle a single ticket all at once. Unnecessary. Case in point: a man ordered a pre-made drink and instead of just handing it to him, he was told, "we do it all in order, so you'll have to wait 5-10 minutes while we do the orders in front of you." 🙄 They should have one person frying, one person on the griddle, and one expeditor, who puts the orders together with the sauces. Easy peasy. Instead, they all run around doing all the pieces. It is EXTREMELY time wasteful. It feels as if this is the manager's/owner's first time doing this set up, and they got no veteran help. It's clumsy and very slow.
This being said, the churros were good, as were the sauces, and the bagging was very nice. Just be ready to hurry up and wait, if you go here. Do not be in a rush.

We bought a few different items since this was our first time. All were quite tasty and be warned, very sweet! There are many ways to lighten up the sweetness of you prefer that, like I do. We also ordered a couple of the mojitos. I loved the lemon mint because it was only lightly sweet. There packaging is cute. Service is friendly. Only downfall was how long it took to get items which was a bit unexpected. We ordered three waffle items and it took about 30 minutes. We went to get the drinks later after reconsidering and it took another 25 minutes just for the drinks. For us, it was worth the wait though. I look forward to trying more items, especially the konafeh.

$20 just for these two things but I guess it’s the location and since they are one of the only places that offer these sweets very very sweet and small portion the drink was ok I’ll just give them a good review because the presentation is nice and they had a child changing table for my baby in the bathroom was clean tasted good drink was ok bathrooms Muslim friendly

Decadent and wow! The Lotus Lokma was so good that I just kept saying wow after each bite. The sauce (cookie butter maybe) was rich and perfectly sweet and the fresh crispy airy fried dough balls made for a perfect bite. My wife had a decadent chocolate and Reese's peanut butter waffle with a scoop of ice cream. It was really good as well. I also tried the Turkish coffee for the first time (not for everyone) and it helped cut some of the sweetness of our desserts.

The staff is AMAZING and the food as well as presentation is very professional yet fun.I believe kosher/Halal. Serving size that is given is perfect for 2-people.10/10This place is perfect, in general, for the after dinner meal date.
