I just want to say I've been going to Dotty's for years. Krista, Kyle, and Ronda are awesome! Tess needs to work on her customer service. She can be very rude, disrespect to customer's and lazy. We will no longer visit Dotty's when she is working.

The older woman that works here is incredibly rude. On google and on their front door they say they are open until 1:30am. We came in at 11:45pm and were told by the rude attendant working that they close in 15 minutes. When I told her that the sign outside said 1:30am she was quick to snap at me and say, In a rude tone of voice, that because of COVID they were closing at 12am. First of all, Oregon lifted COVID restrictions on July 1st, so that shouldn’t even be an excuse anymore. And secondly, if that’s the case then why do the hours on the door and on google say 1:30am? At that point it’s false advertising. Don’t go here, unless you like being snapped at by rude old ladies.

I am only giving this review due to Rhonda. We came to buy scratch tickets at exactly 11:06pm and she said Dotty's was closed. I thought that Dotty's would be glad to be able to be open till midnight like other establishments! I could be wrong and they havent changed their hours to midnight. But if they are, I guess they don't need or want the business since they are turning people away. The most frustrating is that we noticed there was someone waiting to play video poker at the table and people still playing. Apparently, she is selective on who she helps unless you tip her! She even has asked for gratuity from patrons, as she has done it to us. She is a horrible representative for Dotty's. This is not the first time she has done this with tickets, but customer service. That woman cant think and walk at the sametime! Good grief. The other people that work their, Tess and the morning worker are amazing. Tess let's people buy tickets up to the minute of closing. They are good examples of hard working individuals that have great communication skills and tend to customer's needs.

The food might as well not be on the menu, the service to make it is as slow as molasses & the old worn out gals working here work hardest at ducking outside for their pack a day smoke breaks. Specifically the Rude Gal w the Purple Hair should be fired. Was treated so poorly that the weekly visits I had there w my wife & her mom who likes the cheap shots & video poker won't ever happen again. Called corporate office to complain about poor and rude service and got voicemail w no reply 2 months later. Dotty's at this location could be doing triple the business if they had decent staff, food service & proper training. After trying to order food 3 times & being told the microwaved menu would either take 1/2 hour to do or wasn't worth eating by the lazy old gals coming back from another smoke break or the rude purple haired gal who almost bit my arm off for ordering a shot for my mother in law and the zero response from their corporate office on this location, I won't ever go back.

Great spot. There was a chair. It was comfortable. And the life-sucking, idiot magnet, (where I was raised), machines where you put cash in and then don't get any back were still there. But I can't hate. I love dem girls

These are probably the seediest little establishments ever. This location specifically. It smells of urine and the clerks all look drugged out. Im positive the patrons and clerks smoke drugs in the bathroom..
Krista is the best! Dotty's is lucky to have such a dedicated, hard working, model employee like Krista... She's the reason I keep coming back.... Thanks Krista for all that you do!!! 😉
