Food was absolutely terrible, no flavor in anything. Noodles, wongtongs, beef soups absolutely disgusting and unbearable. Service is stupor slow and I felt super unattended the whole time here. Would definitely NOT recommend to ANYONE.

Was told we would have a 10 minute wait. It actually took 25 minutes to be seated. Service was rude and seemed annoyed. Food was mid or gross. Everything lacked flavor, even their chili oil. I only liked the pork potstickers.
Not worth the wait. Skip it and go literally anywhere else!

Weird, fast casual style restaurant with horrible service. Was rudely told to scan the QR code to get on the waitlist. Our waitress didn’t say one word to us the entire time and disappeared on break, preventing us from leaving. Food was meh.

Went to eat there, was willing to take my order to go, would not let me dine, because they said they were out of a lot of stuff and people are currently seated, will never try the place now
I really liked the steamed dumplings and the soup dumplings, the buns left much to be desired. Regardless, the food was good. Our server, Alexa was friendly, but was very busy. The atmosphere as a whole was good, but we were seated right next to the kitchen, and thus it was very loud.

Dough zone is my go to place for soup dumplings in the area. I have not found anything comparable in both price, quality, service etc. They are consistently good every single time, fresh, pipping hot, filled with soup gold, love the other options on the menu like the asian cucumbers, the wontons, crispy pan fried, its all just so good and my partner and I can manage to eat here for understanding $50 every single time! The value for what you get is lovely. And you can sign up for their rewards program if you're a frequent enough flier for free foods.

I don’t get why they cram everybody into this corner of the restaurant so we’re all on top of each other like rats. The one in Portland seems to have a way better atmosphere and the workers tend to be nicer and more attentive. Also at this one the food sometimes doesn’t come out hot.

I’ve been to other dough zone in the past, and it was Ok. Not sure what’s wrong with this particular Dough Zone. I got here at 1:50 pm on Sunday. Restaurant has decent business, but not really packed. I had to scan a QR code to get on the list (even though I am standing in front of the cashier), and waited 20 min to sit down. After another 5 min, I had to waive down another waitress to get some water. Still waiting for my fist dish right now, I can only hope the food is great, but I know I’m not coming back again!

We recently took my mom for dinner here. Kind of a long wait, but once we got seated, the service and the food were excellent. I want to give a shout out to Anne (I think she’ a manager) There was a problem with one of our orders. She was right on it, apologetic and responsive. She took care of it promptly and graciously.
