All locations are friendly. However, excessive talking does slow down the process. Like how they take orders while you are in line. Raised prices July 1st assume it was because minimum wage went up, but I thought they paid higher than minimum wage

Barissista could not make a Snickerdoodle freeze. 2 times and still not correct. They seem to talk amongst themselves instead of getting orders correct.

A short jaunt from our sons house we have visited this Dutch Bros many times. Our grandkids love to plant the Dutch Bros seed in Grandma's head on every visit. It has become a tradition for us. Choices are only limited to your imagination. They have a variety of coffee drinks, both hot and cold. You can even get them blended like a shake. They have lemonade drinks and energy drinks. They have sugary drinks, drinks without sugar and drinks with sugar free syrups. Customer service is always friendly and engaging. The young work here and all we have met possess huge personalities. No shrinking violet's work at Dutch Bro's. Drinks are outstanding and therefore the tradition continues.

Definitely busy like they all are, but they took orders super fast and did there best to acknowledge people as they showed up with I think matters a lot. They service was fairly quick given how busy they were.

I love the coffee here and used to visit everyday. However, since a disrespectful employee made comments about me having road rage after I expressed how upset I was because the person in front of me in line recklessly passed me in a school zone and put children’s lives at risk I will not be returning.

Slow slow location. Only 1 worker available the last 2 hours to closing really sucks when you're trying to get to your graveyard shift 2 hours early. Gonna have to find another location.

This Dutch messes up my order so much at this point it feels like it’s on purpose. Maybe it’s because of my race. I pay for extras and then I don’t get them, then don’t have the time to wait in line for them to fix it because I go before work or school.
And the employees are so deadpan. I don’t expect service workers to be chipper 24/7, but there’s McDonald’s workers out there with a better attitude.

I went for a Rebel on my break and got a large with light ice. Despite paying for a large drink she left a full inch or more of space at the top of the cup instead of topping it off, even though I asked to fill the gap. Instead I got a nasty glare and a half-assed excuse for why I can't get what I paid for. Total rip-off.

The worse Dutch to go to because they’re rude when asking for certain things and has an attitude. When we order a double blended drink to be double blended it’s not made correctly. Their drink is watery and it’s not the same as other Dutch locations. It’s sad because this location use to be so good but all the good people left. We throw away the drinks because it’s not what we’re are used to. The locations in Hillsboro OR and the Tigard by Walgreens is the best by far. We will not be coming back as of today.
