My new go to place!

When you pay over $17 and the meat don't cover the bread.... It's time to find a new place.

Very little spread on bagel and they gave us the wrong bagel. Crew please pay attention when putting in orders . Seems like person taking orders was very rushed, not very friendly .

We have group meetings here every week.
The staff is great with friendly service.
There is always plenty of food and hot coffee.

The service is ALWAYS friendly and food’s fast. The mom that works there is awesome and always smiles no matter how tired she might be from dealing with nagging customers.

The staff made my drink wrong, the bagel was fine but the menu is super heavy. So I ended up just getting a bagle with cream cheese. I wanted more of a breakfast sandwich. I also was in a hurry so I didn't notice the drink was wrong till after I left. Next I go I'll be sure to give myself more time.

We love coming here! The bagels are good but the customer service is great. Everytime I come the workers are working so hard and are very nice. I saw someone be so rude to one of the employees once and he handled it with such grace. The workers are great

I’ve come here about 4 times, and every time the customer service is so bad—no smiles, no thank yous, no apologies when they mess something up, and just straight-up rude. The wait is long, no sense of urgency. They messed up our order and didn’t even say sorry, give me a refund, offer another one or anything.

Love this place. Wish we had an Einstein's back in Rhode Island.

I was welcomed in by both wonderful lady’s coming in. Then followed by another wonderful woman who took my order. I appreciate the appliance of the atmosphere. The food was perfect too!! Thank you!

Tried the new sausage gravy bagel it was awesome!!!

December 29 at 1pm was my last time here. The crew is always Judgemental Caucasian females. Very unfriendly, always talking about me when i enter the restaurant. I think they are Racist. Then they gave me muffins when I ordered pastries.

We went to this place about 20 mins before close so they didn't have many bagels left so we compromised and got some onion bagels they dropped one and went out of their way to make not one but two of the original bagels that we wanted to begin with, all and all great costumer service huge shout out to the shift lead and the lady that took our order!!
