The service was so fast, and I went during a busy time Friday morning. Sadly the cashier wasn't able to get to her snack, but she managed to take my detailed order. The team is fast and accommodating in adding in recommendations.I ordered a brisket bagel and while it was cut in half and tasted great, the price value for the price went down since it could have used more brisket!! Great combination of salt and a light kick of the jalapeño cheddar bagel. ??
I used to work across the street and have been coming here since 2016. Today I used the app to place a mobile order. The app charged me for my purchase and then said the store wasn't accepting mobile orders. I specifically ordered here to redeem a reward from the app. Why would it charge me for an order that couldn't be placed? I went into the store to place the order at the counter. I explained the issue to the cashier AND the manager and neither one did anything about it. What's the point of having a reward if it can only be redeemed via the app but you won't accept orders from the app? Clearly you're OPEN because we're standing INSIDE your restaurant talking to you. All I wanted was to redeem my 1 free bagel.You lost an 8-year customer over 1 bagel. Your manager had the chance to fix it on 2/17/24 at 1:30 and chose to do nothing. You don't get a do-over, and I'm not looking for an apology. I'm just done.

food was fine on Jan 13th 2024 approx 11am. senior lady working was so nice! 3 younger women ignored her cleaning up water on floor due to blizzard weather. She said need to get a sign up regarding wet floors! not one woman acknowledged her comment or went to help her. There were water puddles all over floor! Still are! She was clearly elderly, with spine issues. I was sad for her and SO mad at their rude and disrespectful attitudes on phones etc!!

I just went in to pick up food, but from my other experiences at another Einstein Bros. Bagels I knew it would be good. I was right!! I ordered a bagel egg sandwich and it was delicious. I am never disappointed when I get food from Einstein.

The folks there are super friendly. They deserve better, though, because the bagels are really subpar. And they used to have amazing garlic cream cheese that just disappeared. But, really, good bagels are hard to find. Einstein does not deliver on that hunt.
