Ordered takeout and we got chicken, steak and chorizo tacos and all 3 kinds were fantastic! The chicken was our favorite. Tasty salsas, great portion sizes, and a great price! We will definitely be coming back.

A friend recommended this food truck a while ago. I stopped once and was hooked. We have tried tacos and burritos and a variety of salsas. Everything is outstanding. The tacos are street taco style, piled with filling, salsa, onion, and cilantro. The burritos are huge. Staff here is always friendly and orders come up fast. Parking can be a challenge. The parking lot is small and is shared by other businesses. It's definitely worth it to park in the nearby neighborhood and walk. The food is worth it.

El Jefe is as authentic Mexican chicken as it gets! Treat yourself to this delicious meal. We got a whole chicken combo XL and it was enough for four hungry adults and two kids. And for $35 with tip, you can’t beat that value. The salsas were delicious and the chicken very tender and with that smoky grilled flavor. We’ll be back!

This has to be the best Mexican Restaurant I have ever been to here in Oregon! The workers were so sweet, respectful, helpful and I loved their energy! The manager was very nice and greeted me and my family of 5 right when we walked in. The food was spectacular! The Horchata, burritos, tacos and quesadillas are delicious! The meat had great flavor!
10/10!!!!!
I cannot wait to come back here for the authenticity and atmosphere!

Very good Mexican style food for Oregon. Big portions and tasty food. Salsas are very good and they provide many options. Menu is extensive with chicken dominating as the star of the show. We are spoiled with so many outstanding choices for Mexican food in Southern California. We would not hesitate to return and try some other items on the menu. Easily one of the better options in the Pacific Northwest.
