We had the absolute best waitress we’ve ever had. Fay was crazy attentive and brought us everything we needed before we even asked! Super friendly and helpful.
This elmers is probably our favorite, not as loud, seems very well kept and clean.
The food is your typical breakfast food for Elmers. If you’ve never had Elmers its like an upscale IHOP. With more options.
All in all great experience! Wed come back here just for Fay!

We stopped by Elmer’s on the way home and loved our meal. The restaurant was clean, and our food came out looking perfect. Our server Jorge recommended the Lingon Berry German pancake because it was his favorite and said that we wouldn’t regret getting it and boy was he right! The way he described the butter melting along with the berries lived up to expectations, we will definitely be coming back here when we are back in town. Thank you Jorge for taking such good care of us, we really felt at home!

We want to commend Jorge for his great customer service by making us feel at home. We are minorities from our pacific island home. He represent the vision of the Elmer’s franchise a premier, family friendly destination for high-quality, Northwest-inspired comfort food. He really promoted that! He is the future of Elmer’s!

This is our favorite Elmers location. The food is always delicious, servers are nice and friendly, and the place makes us feel comfortable to seat back and have a good time with family and friends. Shout out to Giovanni who was our server today! Attentive, friendly, helpful and very polite. Thank you!

We ended up not ordering any food because the reason that we went to Elmer’s in the first place was for the prime rib. Yes I know what you’re thinking, prime rib at Elmer’s??! Yes it’s true. They are SUPPOSED to have prime rib. They do not. Nor do they ever apparently, according to our very friendly, almost server.
Let me paint you a clearer picture; Although they advertise that they have prime rib (AND a dinner menu btw), they do not.
In fact, very few locations apparently offer the prime rib dinner they say they have, let alone a dinner menu.
They only have it, according to this very friendly sever, at certain locations.
They know this, have had many people come in requesting the prime rib, and a dinner menu, at dinner time. That leaves the servers to deal with disappointed customers.
That’s unfair to elmers staff. It’s unfair to customers. It’s actually more than unfair, it’s scammy, click bait,& false advertising. Which is why I also let the Better Business Bureau know.
Call me Karen if you want, call me crazy, but when I see something advertised that it’s going to be available, and I go to that location only to find out they never have what they say they do, and yet they continue advertising that they do, it’s irritating.
You heard the part about not even having a dinner menu available? Showing a dinner menu in the advertisements, (with pictures & everything!)of the dinner they say they have, but don’t offer dinner at this location. and DO NOT EVER offer dinner at this location?

I’ve been a regular at Elmer’s for quite some time and usually come in almost weekly for my usual order with a stack of pancakes while I play the lottery. Even if I skip a week here and there, this is a pretty consistent routine for me.
Unfortunately, today I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. My server, Rosario, brought me my pancakes, and I asked for more butter, specifically a lot of butter, as I don’t use syrup or any other toppings. Instead of bringing it right away, she went behind the counter and spent about 5–8 minutes handling lottery matters before even getting my butter. When she finally brought it, the amount was very small and not nearly enough for my pancakes.
I tried to make do with what she gave me, but it wasn’t satisfying, so I politely asked for more. Instead of bringing it promptly, she took at least another 10 minutes because she decided to do a shift change first. ( mind you she wasn’t doing the change already) By the time I received more butter, my pancakes were completely cold and soggy.
Throughout the entire experience, I didn’t feel accommodated at all. Her attitude came across as rude and standoffish, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. As a regular customer, this was really disappointing.

I love the dungeness crab Benedict!!! I usually substitute the bacon out to make it more heart healthy and it's the best eggs benedict I've ever had 😋

Lots of retired looking people had lunch there on the day I was there with another colleague. Food is good and portion is just about right for lunch so you won't feel too sleepy post heavy meal.
