How can there be so many employees and yet the sandwich takes so unbelievably long to be ready?

I bought a firehouse hero and a spicy Cajun chicken sandwich. The hero got soggy before I even got the 10 minutes it took me to get home. Upon eating it, I got sick to my stomach, im still sick. The chicken sandwich I got for my daughter was fine. I won't be wanting to go eat here again.

I ordered online. One sandwich and one salad. I asked for the following changes: add onion, black olives and salad peppers to the salad, and a bag of chips and an extra pickle with the sandwich. There was onion on the salad, but no peppers or olives. The sandwich came alone without the extra pickle or the bag of chips that were paid for. Just simply not paying attention and not caring.

In most ways the typical fire house experience. Food is good, area is mostly clean. Biggest issue is employees seem a lot more interested in talking and hanging out and the leave customers waiting.
