Once again the fine folks at Firehouse Subs messed my order up. They are 0-3 and today was the final straw. I don't see why it's so hard to hand Door dash drivers the right order. Today was classic Firehouse Subs though the wrong order they gave me was wrong as well. The person ordered a French dip and there was no "Dip" lol. I highly recommend coming here if you want crappy service and your entire order wrong.... I will never be back and I love telling stories so I can't wait to tell everyone this one.

Ask for no pickles.They give me pickles
When you call in an order on your lunch hour,they told me,they were going to put me on hold for 10 minutes.
I debated on going back, but I love the subs so much that I am now trying to call in an order.I have been calling now for 35 minutes but no one will answer.I went ahead and drove there.There is literally 1 customer in there.
Too much trouble to answer that phone I guess!

This place does not know how to follow instructions from their online app. Every time I order the Italian, I order it with no ham and they always put it on Today W
when I picked it up, the guy even told me that he made the sandwich himself and did not put ham on it. I thanked him, but when I got home there was ham on there. Their food is good when they make it right, but I’m tired of them ruining my sandwiches by putting ham on it since I’m allergic to it.

Basically only exists for Uber Eats. Staff is too busy chatting to call out orders. Lead decided to gaslight me instead of acknowledging a basic mistake, which would've been forgivable.

I just tried the new captain's club sandwich and it was too good to be true. The amount of sauce on it was perfect. The crew that made it were kind and they made it debatable on being the best sandwich I've ever tried, I hope this one stays on the menu.
