Five Guys is a well-known solid burger chain and this is one of the better locations to which I've been in terms of efficiency. The quality is on par with what is usual for this restaurant, it's a great place to get a customized burger and fries for reasonable prices and big servings. Not to mention their satisfying and filling milkshakes. The interior is pretty clean and spacious, though the area is currently under renovation and looks odd from the outside.
Always one of my go-to food choices. I've never had a bad meal here. I also love the shake with Oreo and Reese's mixed.

The door opens at 10:30, no biggy, they unlock the door at 10:26. Of course we walk in and one of the workers (short blonde hair) she yells out “we don’t open for 3 minutes. Really ?? Customer service is seriously lacking now days. She should have said something a little nicer like “ Hello, welcome in, we’ll be ready to take your order in a few minute” so at 10:29 they take our order, we’re not in a hurry we sat down to wait. We get our order called and Larry asked for some mustard (for the fries) the guy hands him two and Larry said “Thank you” the worker ignores him and walks away. Management you need to step up and teach your employees customer service ! Why be rude ? Do you think people will keep coming in if your workers are rude? I think not. Now this is the third time, burger bread is soggy and patty is too thin. We won’t be coming back.

We have been fans but not anymore. Husband and I stopped by for dinner to go. It wasn't busy. But we received hastily thrown together burgers with soggy buns. Customer service was more McDonald's like, take a number and wait. No offer of a bag for peanuts. Had to dump my small cup of nuts into the bag. Fries were disappointing and beyond greasy. Won't be going back.

Food was decent but the bag of fries was smaller than usual. Only about 25 fries were given for the regular size (1000 calories supposedly).Was told a 10 minute wait but took 20 minutes.Would probably go back but only if realllly hungry and desperate.
