Mixed feelings about this Five Guys location. When it comes to the quality of food, it's on par with basically any other Five Guys location. You get tasty, fresh burgers with whatever toppings you want as well as fries and shakes at fair prices. Servings are enjoyably large and I typically can only handle a little burger while sharing a small order of fries. Sometimes that's all I want anyway. However, on a few occasions, this place has been fairly slower than other Five Guys locations from my experience, despite not seeming overly busy at the times I've been there. Fortunately, staff seems to acknowledge when mistakes are made and they offer good customer service to make up for that; I've gotten a free shake when my order had been forgotten in the past.

if i could give zero i would , employees began to argue with each other after discovering ive been waiting almost an hour . the 3 women are horrible they just stand there moving at the pace of a snail and blame the guy that told them maybe listen and pay attention to customers . why is your back turned when your at the counter and just talking when your supposed to be moving

Catelyn was so sweet and helpful over the phone with me ! I have an allergy and she went out of her way to make sure that everything was washed and separate from the rest , amazing service from her💗💗

Great quality burgers, dogs, shakes and fresh made fries! Staff is great and on point as well. Highly recommend.
I used door dash and they stole my food. I went into the restaurant and they gave me fresh food. The staff are awesome.

I love five guys as a franchise and have been going to many locations across Oregon. This location seemed to be an outlier.
In a typical experience I expect the food to come out in a timely manner. I'm not expecting McDonald's level speed, however if the restaurant has a total of 3 customers, 5 staff members and no line you would expect a simple large order of fries to come out in less than 25 minutes. Usually when you spend $7 on a large fry you expect almost half a bag full of fries at most five guys locations. This location however threw in about 3/4 of a cup and sprinkled another 6 fries in the bag for good measure.
Needless to say I was disappointed in this location.

This is the worst branch I've been too in the five guys franchise. Our order has been wrong the past two times we've gone. After waiting 30 minutes for them to remake two burgers, they came out wrong again. The meat itself just fell apart. Fries were way too salty. Zero care from the employees. With how long they took when no one else was in the store, I can't imagine how long they would take if they were busy. All around bad experience on multiple occasions.
An over 25 minutes wait for two small fries and a single-patty hamburger. I get it's not a drive through, but at these prices it should be fast casual, which is the segment.
Kind of silly that I could've spent this much at a sit down restaurant with table service for the same price, and probably would've eaten faster at this time of day too.

Slow appears to be a reoccurring theme here. I placed an online order and the website said it would be ready in 5-10 minutes, got there 25 minutes later and I still had to wait another 15 minutes. This is supposed to be fast food, and it is nowhere near worth waiting 40 minutes for.

We ate there on a Thursday at 5:00. When we pulled up there were five employees, four of whom were teens, standing around doing nothing because there were no customers in the store. We heard one of them say, "Here they come," when we walked in, probably referring to us and the other couple who pulled up just as we did. We ordered our food after they took a couple of minutes to get a register booted up and ready, and went to find a seat.
Here's where the problem comes in. There were no tables that weren't dirty. Ketchup, grease, salt, or something was smeared on every single one. Gross.
Maybe they could be trained to find something useful to do like wipe tables when there are no customers. I mean, I needed to use the bathroom but if none of the tables are getting wiped off I hate to think of what the bathroom would look like. No thanks. It also makes me wonder if the kitchen is being kept clean like it's supposed to. The dining area is what the customers see and what forms our impression of the restaurant, folks.
We love Five Guys, but this was pretty disappointing.
Ordered online pick up for 3:00 30 minutes ahead. Arrived at 3 and waited an additional 10 minutes for them to put fries in the bag. The fries were ready, but it took them 10 minutes to put them in the bag. I asked the kid working the fry station if order was ready, he replied just waiting for fries. Then he looked at the fry bin and just stood there for 10 minutes. Finally a manager added fries to the order. Guess it wasnt his job to put fries in the bag.
