I found Foele pasta at OHSU Thursday Farmers market and fell in love!
First we tried the wild mushroom ravioli with Parmesan Cream sauce. Next was the beef ravioli and I can’t wait for what tomorrow brings!
I’m thrilled that I can buy these goodies year round. They are amazing handcrafted delicacies. What a delicious treat!

It’s always such a joy to see Foglia at the farmers market or at an event, you can spot their raviolis without even seeing the company name. They are always big, colorful and tasty. Hard to pick a favorite but the Italian sausage, Shortrib and Dungeness crab are up there. The sauces are also amazing. Thank you for your commitment to quality!

The pasta production here is fantastic and handmade with intention and love, from raviolis of all types and options(GF, Vegan, Vegetarian, Meat) and the handmade pasta varieties you will surely be making something delicious once you take home any product from this establishment , the Cocoa Pappardelle is exquisite and pairs really well with a Red Sauce and a nice steak… Thank you Chef Jeremy for creating such an incredibly delicious product!!!
I got an order of the crab ravioli from the Salem Saturday Market. All I have to say is, WOW! I made a pesto sauce to go with and it tasted absolutely amazing. The other good reviews don't surprise me, these guys are legit. I want to try their Chicken Parm and Beef Brisket one next. 10/10 👍
Cooked 5 minutes per directions and they were still raw inside. Disappointed I had to waste a few to find this out.
Their Ravioli will make you wonder why anyone ever made small ravioli to begin with, sauces and pasta are just as awesome. I'll be back soon for more truffle ravioli.
Probably the best raviolis I've had so far! You only have to boil them for 5 minutes. They may seem pricey, but they're huge and 2-3 raviolis is enough for one meal. Very well made and the amount of filling is generous. I was worried about them falling apart during boiling, but they did not at all. Clearly a lot of time and care were put into each one. I tried the Chicken Parmesan raviolis and the flavor is amazing and on point. Well worth the price. Highly recommend trying this place out!
The ravioli's are the most beautiful paste I have even seen! I felt like I was eating art. We first discovered Foglia Pasta at the Lake Oswego farmers market and later on shopped at the PSU market since its closer. Every flavor we have tried so far have been incredible!
Amazing food and super friendly! I had a situation with my car and they were able to adjust and make my order a delivery.
Picked up some pasta here! Great tasting food indeed!

THE BEST RAVIOLIS! If you think you know what ravioli is supposed to taste like, you haven't tried these. Incredibly delicious. 😋
This is seriously, literally, absolutely, the best ravioli I've ever had in my life. I'm originally from New York City and I live in Philadelphia now, so I've been around Italian-American communities ... And I've even been to Italy... And to further contextualize, I'm 63 years old so I've eaten a LOT of ravioli In my life.
I don't know how to say this other than it's the best.
Vegetarian options: There are two vegan options so everyone can eat here whether they are common or, omnivore, or a vegan.

We purchased a container of their Boscaila sauce at the Lake Oswego farmers market. I have a gluten allergy and couldn’t have their ravioli, but all their sauces are gluten free. The container isn’t huge, and it was $15, so I was a tiny bit skeptical. However, that container perfectly coated about 1 and 1/4 boxes of pasta, and was as delicious as any of the local Italian restaurants I’ve been to. We easily fed 5 people with it. I can’t wait until next week, so that we can try more of them. HIGHLY recommended!

Thanks for coming to the Montavilla Farmers Market. Your guy there today was awesome and I picked up a few things — just mixed up some of the mushroom ravioli with shredded chicken and the brown butter hazelnut sauce. Holy toledo this is good. Beef brisket next, and I’ll buy more next week… what a great surprise!
The ravioli isn’t just beautiful and massive it’s amaaaaaazing! 5/5!
