This business embodies everything you’d come to expect out of a family run experience. Incredible handcrafted food that turns food into art, but most importantly, a business built on values we should all support. Omg. This ravioli is amazing. What's crazy is I live around the corner from this place and first saw and heard about them at the Salem Christmas market at the fair grounds. I cooked them and made a simple garlic butter sauce, asparagus and greens to go with it. 3 is very filling.
