We purchased a container of their Boscaila sauce at the Lake Oswego farmers market. I have a gluten allergy and couldn’t have their ravioli, but all their sauces are gluten free. The container isn’t huge, and it was $15, so I was a tiny bit skeptical. However, that container perfectly coated about 1 and 1/4 boxes of pasta, and was as delicious as any of the local Italian restaurants I’ve been to. We easily fed 5 people with it. Thanks for coming to the Montavilla Farmers Market. Your guy there today was awesome and I picked up a few things — just mixed up some of the mushroom ravioli with shredded chicken and the brown butter hazelnut sauce. Holy toledo this is good. Beef brisket next, and I’ll buy more next week… what a great surprise!
