This review is solely for the Hillsboro location at Foodlandia, customer service is not the best as some have said before me, food/drinks are good but can be pricey which is fine and understandable with me but prices should really be listed upfront on the menu.

This review is solely based on the terrible customer service. The girl seems annoyed that we ordered anything to start with. It was weird. I've been one other time- and had the same experience with the same girl who just seems put off by customers.
After waiting a long time- I see my order ready. However, I waited another 10 minutes to get my order as it sat there before she had the pendant go off.

Today it took over 45 minutes to get shaved ice drinks.The one person there was rude as well. When we asked she looked at the drinks that had been sitting there and said oh are you waiting for these.

Very rude customer service. I order thru doordash multiple times and I'm always missing something, they say they out of that current item and then I call to place an order and they tell me they do have it. Pure laziness to just prepare the easies items

I love their esquites and fresas con crema! They’re really delicious. We drive to Beaverton just to come here.
Came to the Foodlandia locations a few times to get some chamoy fruit cups and it's been fresh and delicious each time.
Staff has always been super chill and welcoming too. Hoping to try more menu items during the summer but the fruit cups are a staple.

But ya’ll… some of these recent 1 star reviews are not it. Clearly, they either have never worked in customer service, or don’t understand how detrimental a 1 star review can be to a small business instead of speaking up about an issue at the time of service. If your food wasn’t as expected, I’m sure they would be glad to either comp you or remake it… and if not, then complain to strangers on the internet. To each their own, I guess 🤷♀️

Last week the Dubai chocolate shakes were amazing. This week they were already soupy and melted. This was ridiculous for a $12 milkshake. Also the cashier needs to learn some customer service skills. I could barely hear her and she seemed annoyed I was there. See pictures from last week compared to this week.
