Very bustling and maximalist interior full of japanese trinkets and posters.
Plenty of seating but unfortunately no backs on the seats.
The black garlic ramen was decent, the toppings and noodles were good but the broth was a little heavy and oily.
The maze ramen was horrible. Borderline unedible. Super creamy, salty, and an overpowering bonito flake flavor. Nothing like any other maze ramen i’ve had. Just threw a bunch of cabbage on top afterwards. I would recommend to stay away from this dish.

Incredible!!! Took my parents here for their first real ramen experience and they loved it too! We had the Oregon Deluxe ramen and couldn’t recommend it more.

The restaurant itself was very cool and I loved it as an anime fan and the service was quick. However, since I couldn't eat spice but loved Miso with my ramen, I asked for no spice and yet and it came out, it looked extremely spicy and was pretty spicy. Disappointing. The first bite was good, however as you continued to eat, the flavor would start to reveal how it truly is and gets more eh. The Takoyaki was the only truly good part of my meal.

Tonight, I came to Fuddo yama Ramen & Izakaya, which is located 4 minutes from my hotel. There are plenty of free parking lots around the store. As soon as I entered the store, the staff talked to me and I sat down. It's my first time here, but the store is decorated with many nostalgic Japanese items. The music is also a familiar hit song, and I can't help but hum it. Loll

I asked the staff about the popular ramen and ordered cha-shu fried rice.
Fuddo yama delax Ramen has a lot of ingredients, and the taste is just right, so it was good that the noodles were firm.
After eating ramen, I was full and took home the fried rice.
What I like the most is the atmosphere of the store, the robot, and the staff's service.

Everything here reminds me of my childhood and especially the vibe! I ordered the Oregon Deluxe and this ramen is by far the best I’ve had! 10/10!!! 🔥🔥

Hate to leave a bad review for good food but had to make a post. Ordered two different ramens, which as I said were very tasty. However the bad part about our order was the portion size and attitude of the employee who took our order. Firstly to add additional meat (see pictures for reference) was $3.00 per piece. Which we did not realize was only one piece per ramen ordered. I have never been to a ramen restaurant where you get only one piece of meat with your ramen. Secondly we ordered extra noodles (see picture) which was $4.50. The amount and quality of noodles was something you could purchase from H-Mart at 3-4x the size for the same price. Lastly the person taking my order seemed a bit annoyed when I asked the difference between the normal ramen vs the deluxe as if the menu was super clear and I should have know what was included in the deluxe. All this to say for almost $50 in two servings of ramen with not a lot of toppings to begin with, we will not return here. Restaurant was decorated very nice had a good vibe but that’s about it.

I love the atmosphere in here. Walls are decorated with novelties of Japanese products. Great music and not too loud. Food came out within minutes of ordering. Very clean and organized. The portion size on the deluxe is very filling and the temperature isn't too hot. I very much recommend.
