Giovanni's Restaurant

They’re very “confused.” Confused is their word every time they call me up unsure of my order. I ordered off the website three different times;
First pizza half pepperoni and half cheese. I click half pepperoni and order the pizza. 20 minutes later while I’m driving to pick it up, they call me. “We’re confused, did you want cheese on the other half that didn’t have pepperoni?” Of course I did.
Second time I click half pepperoni like before only this time I click half cheese on the other side. 20 min later, phone call. “We’re confused, did you want cheese on the pepperoni half?” Of course I did.
Today I ordered half pepperoni and mushrooms with the other half pepperoncini. This time I click cheese on both. 20 minutes later phone call. “We’re confused, you wanted plain cheese on the whole pizza but also mushrooms and pepperoni on one side and pepperoncinis on the other.” Dumbfounded, I skipped saying yes or no and just repeated the whole order. She repeated it back to me. I get there and the toppings are all on one side. Notice this is a 20 minute delay on top of the normal cooking time each time . I can’t say I’ll be back.
Also, who puts whole pepperoncinis on a pizza, stems and all ? They were all piled up together too. I ordered a pizza topping not a side to just be thrown on the pizza. To anyone whole likes any type of pepper on their pizza(jalapeños are fresh not picked so they burn) avoid this place. To the staff wondering why there’s pepperoncinis in your parking lot, now you know.

We really enjoyed our dinner and Hugo was a great server! The restaurant was obviously bustling and out server busy, but the food came out hot and the service was quick and friendly. Great restaurant even for a busy Saturday night.

This place was amazing! The portions are huge! The cheesy bread was wonderful!!! Keiana was a fantastic server! We’re so glad we came here instead of the chain restaurant we passed before! Best food we’ve had our whole trip! Thanks for the fun family feast!

I decided I wanted Alfredo, and they didn't disappoint. The baked Chicken Giovanni was delicious and enormous, plus it came with a salad and a side of spaghetti with meat sauce. Needless to say, I have some very good leftovers to look forward to tomorrow. The wait staff were pleasant and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed, more than once.

I've been here multiple times and the food is excellent. I always get the Eggplant Parmesan and it's so delicious! It also comes with soup or salad and garlic bread for $19. It's a great price and generous proportions. I've always had a good experience here. I highly recommend.

Tonight’s meat sauce was disgusting. It tasted like too much red wine with tomato’s that weren’t cooked down first. The acidity eats anything you try to use to balance it out. So unfortunately, I just couldn’t eat it.

My wife and I eat out 3 to 4 times per week and it had been a while since trying Giovannis. Great again as always, not sure why I take them for granted. This place needs more respect. Service, food, atmosphere, all excellent. Old school Italian flavors your grandma would love. Will be back sooner than later

My go-to place in Beaverton for Italian comfort food. Perfect meatballs and spaghetti place. I still ordered the calzone. Great value for lunch.
