Good Coffee

One of the best coffee shops in the burbs. I come here to work on the regular and always feel welcomed. Good coffee (obviously) and great staff who remembers my drink order. Truly the only negative is when the afternoon sun glares in through the big windows.

I love Good coffee. They always have unique drinks and quality espresso. It's never sweet but flavorful. It's definitely upscale coffee and their pastries and extra drinks are wonderful.

Staff was nice and the place was clean but the coffee was undrinkable. I paid over $4 for just a black coffee and it tasted like burnt McDonald's or 7-11 coffee. I am not a picky coffee drinker and always drink it black but I couldn't even finish the expensive cup of coffee I bought.

Needless to say this place is a no go for me. Your base product cant be substandard.

The espresso was so good we went back to buy the beans. A remarkable feature for a shop. We also had a cappuccino and blueberry muffin, both great. When we were there they brought the coffee to our table, a nice contrast to yelling out names.

How can you argue with syrups made from figs, Pine-smoked tea, sarsaparilla root, star anise, yuzu, …? And of course the caramel sauce is made locally in small batches :)
The egg-white forward chewy chocolate walnut cookie is a chocolate lovers delight; the almond croissant w a generous dose of almond frangipane is one of the best ever.

This review is only for their PDX airport location. Way way over priced even for an airport. A complete and total waste of money ($30 for 2 regular coffees; not fancy coffees just regular drip coffee and 1 bacon, 1 sausage sandwich). My mom's bacon sandwich tasted funny and was off putting, my sausage sandwich was cold in the middle. They also don't offer a white mocha.... With! I feel like I've been scammed and taken advantage of.

Good Coffee Roasters is such a gem in Beaverton! The coffee is excellent—smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for meeting friends or getting some work done. You can tell they really care about quality and community. Definitely one of the best spots around for great coffee and good vibes!
