Food was delicious, especially the cilantro sauce that comes with the steamed dumplings. Everyone was very kind, and helpful.

I took out their food, it was simply fantastic. Reminded me of the taste of momo in the eastern Himalayas. Will highly recommend.

I’m from Delhi and was on the hunt for good momos/dumplings—finally found this place! Their veggie dumplings are so good, I’m totally hooked. I wait for Fridays just to grab them. Honestly, best dumplings ever!

Hands down the best momos in town! We’ve eaten here every Friday for the past 8 weeks, it’s our go-to spot. As authentic as the ones in Delhi. Even more special that it’s woman-owned by KyiKyi. A true and a hidden gem! My wife and I are addicted.

One of my top favorite foods is the chicken momos with the cilantro sauce. Everything always tastes homemade and fresh, and Kyikyi is the best!

Excellent support at every step. Went as expected.
Hot delicious street food called momos have been been sold at the Portland Saturday Market and other spots for many many years. All these momos are originally from Tibet but have now taken the whole of India by storm. I've had momos since I was growing up in the 60s in Kathmandu. This upstart establishment has rebranded momos as Himalayan Dumplings in an attempt to capture the market of people familiar with both the Himalayas in South Asia and the Chinese dumplings. The frozen dumplings from Himalayan Dumplings I tried last year could not sign a light to the hot street food momos of my youth or the hot momos we cook at our own home . At the Beaverton Night Market earlier today, when I pointed out that the dumplings should be called as momos which is the correct Tibetan word, an employee of the Himalayan Dumplings got triggered and started hurling insults at me. When I confronted him at the back of the tent a few seconds later and asked him, "Is this how you treat your clients?", he said he was already off the clock. When I went to the police officers of the City of Beaverton after the incident to report that I was verbally abused, they told me the employee was protected under the freedom of speech provisions. Unless you are interested in visiting an establishment whose unprofessional employees verbally abuse you, I would avoid this establishment as if it ware a leper colony. Better choices among Nepali Restaurants for trying momos are Mouthful Momo, Nepali Kitchen, Momo House and Momo2Go. They also are open most days, unlike this joint which is open only two days a week.
Incredible dumplings with unique, bold flavors you won’t find anywhere else. Each dumpling is handmade and bursting with spices that feel both comforting and exciting. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, they make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. One of the best hidden gems around!

Incredible food, extremely nice staff. The momos are nice, fantastic, and you can get them frozen to make at home. The curried potato hand pie may be one of the best things you'll ever eat, ever, and you can get those to make at home too! Eat here, you will not be disappointed!

I got the frozen packaged beef dumplings from the farmers market, we were blown away! They tasted like they were made to order. The meat actually had texture and wasn't that questionable springy slurry. The wrap was chewy and had the perfect thickness.
The sauces, man oh man, the super red one, if you can't tolerate spice, avoid it or just put a dab. It was so flavorful but my Eastern European self could not handle it. The other one though, again, just wow. I would like a pint of that to eat with eggs and rice. I cannot wait to visit the restaurant, I had no idea there was one.

I get these dumplings pretty regularly at the Portland famers markets and they are the best. On top of that the staff is friendly and genuinely appreciative of our business. I have yet to be to their brick n motor location, but plan to visit in the future.

We love Kyikyi's vegan momos! Kyikyi is so kind and wonderful. We love seeing her at Farmer's Markets and buying her frozen momos to prepare at home.

Momos and hand pies are absolutely amazing. One of the happiest moments is waking up and walking to the montavilla farmers market and knowing I'm in for a treat getting those wonderful items to eat! Recommend everyone try them!
