I recently visited Himalayan Dumplings by Kyikyi in Beaverton, Portland, and it was an above-and-beyond experience! The food was superb – the veggie momos and noodles were a standout, bursting with flavor and freshness. The customer service was equally impressive; the staff was incredibly polite and warm, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Tibetan cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere!”

We got a section of dumplings and little fries treats. The food was good with rich and interacting flavors. We both thought the service was great too. However, the flavor profile of the dumplings were not my cup of tea, but still very well cooked, and balanced. I would recommend giving it a try if you love dumplings.

The place had really bright and fun decor, I loved all the yellow walls. I especially loved the pictures about the history of their restaurant and culture on the walls. I’ve never tried Tibetan food before and this was definitely a great first experience! My favorite were the juicy beef dumplings, the chow mein is also a standout. Definitely will be coming back!

Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy allergy and they don’t have any dairy in any dish except for the Mango Lassi! It made me feel a lot more comfortable eating there. Everything is clearly labeled for vegan options too

Fantastic Momos! I tried the chicken, vegetable and beef. They were all very good. The Momo filling had a lot of flavor. Definitely would go back. The owner was very nice.

The staff is friendly.

The food was okay. I would go here again for a quick lunch break. They have a menu with dumplings, hand pies, and noodles. It's small. They had a vegan option for all 3 categories.

The noodles were okay. I was not a fan of the amount of flavor they had. The partner joining me loved them. So mixed reviews. The Himalayan chili oil was the best I have had. It helped give the noodle's flavor. The dumplings tasted great. But, I did not like how mushy the wrapping was. They sell bags of the dumplings frozen. I have a feeling they were frozen and not fresh. That would explain the mushy texture in the dumpling dough. The serving size was small on the dumplings with only 6. But they were very affordable in price.

It's small with a small amount of personality in the atmosphere. But it's bland.

Vegetarian options: They have an extremely small menu with dumplings, hand pies, and noodles. They have a vegan option in each category.

Dietary restrictions: Vegan options for all 3 groups on their small menu

Parking: When biscuits Cafe is open, parking is limited. But the overlap of open hours for these two shops is minimal.

Absolutely amazing food! If you haven’t tried Himalayan food, you must! We shared everything on the menu, momos, hand pies and chow mein and each bite was rich in flavor. The mango lassi paired perfectly with the food! I will be back.

Love this place! This was our first time at their restaurant. We tried almost all the dishes. Our favorites were the curry hand pies, noodles, and the chicken cilantro momo. The sauce that comes with the dumplings is to die for. The customer service was great and everyone who works there is super nice. They also sell their dumplings and hand pies frozen if you want to make at home. I have purchased the frozen chicken cilantro momos at the Beaverton farmers market before and they are the same great taste and quality.

Vegetarian options: Momo, handpie, noodles

Dietary restrictions: Everything is dairy free outside of their mani lasi. Everything else is shellfish, egg, and but free. Each of their dishes has a vegan option (mono, noodles, and hand pies) vegan options are delicious!

Tried almost everything on the menu and you cannot go wrong. Momos (dumplings) are filled properly and steamed or fried to perfection. Their hand pies were flaky and went great with the sauce that comes with the momos: mild curry-type sauce. Their spicy garlic chili oil is bananas. Mix it in with your Himalayan chow-mein for an extra kick. Be sure to get a mango lassi (or two) as well to help with the heat. Staff was kind and made us feel so welcome. A great place to catch up with friends over a lovely meal.
