Bad customer service, Cholle bhature only has one bhatura has to pay extra for extra bhatura. That is not typical Punjabi food. Overcharges for card payment. Highly priced. Rip off!
I’ve been coming here for the last few times mainly because I like their samosa but whenever at the store the lady (the one with long hair) who works there is extremely rude, unpolished and just not very nice. I even called a couple of times for a pickup and omg she has absolutely no manners when she talks forget normal greetings. Maybe the owner SHOULD invest in some training for her. Anytime I enter the store and if she’s around I just get done with things asap so that I can avoid being there. There are no price tags for a LOT of items there so that lady gets pissed off if I go ask her the price. How about you put up the price tags for the customers. You’re literally wasting my time while the EMPLOYEE frowns upon us for asking the price as if she’s gonna pay for everything I purchase. You’re lucky that we are not acting as pissed off as you. Did you just expect us to swipe our cards without asking? Or is she gonna pay for us? Seriously, do better or find a job that suits your personality (not sure if there are many though).
100% vegetarian, nobody can beat their “samosa” and “pav bhaaji”. Conveniently located with ample parking and friendly service.
The chat is good. We had bread pakoda and it wasn't fresh(I got sore throat the next day). Got some sweets and they were okay and had oily/buttery/dalda taste.
Best samosas ever! We usually just pop in for an order of samosas. It’s been consistent each time. Excellent!
Very poor customer service. It gives a feeling that people in the billing area are least bothered about their customers.
The food is awesome and the younger person at the counter ( aka the owners son ) gives great customer service but the owner/ chef who thankfully shows up to the paying desk only rarely is to start with so shabbily dressed with bits of food sticking to his attire all day every day making you wonder about the hygiene of the food and to top that is not very customer friendly. I do understand if they can’t satisfy some requests b it the least he could do is see if there are other possibilities for all customers but at least the regular ones ! Sometimes sure doesn’t hurt to learn from the your generation.
Small. Not much varieties of fresh fruits and vegetables. Expensive on rice and flour. Most items don’t have price tags on them.
Eatery inside small, has decent food options but the person who was
taking order was poking his nose, he had gloves on though lol.
Food is good but they should baby seat for dine in option. Also the washroom is dirty every time
Good food but VERY long wait for food and even for ordering and paying/buying groceries. Otherwise decent selection of groceries
Restaurantji Recommends
Tasty Samosas and Chola batture.
You will also get Indian Tea there and most of the time it's very good
We like their fresh Samosa/Pakoras and sweets the best.
When that tea hits you ! 🥰 Man the best tea I have had in US
Like their preparations
Excellent tasty food. Zero Ambience
