It's Jack in the Box. You know what you're getting. The food is average or slightly above for a chain fast food joint. The best thing is the workers here are nice and friendly and seem to actually enjoy seeing their regulars. The 4 stars for atmosphere are for their customer service. They make it feel comfortable there. The seating area itself is average.

Be careful when ordering in the drive thru window and don't complain if you got ur order wrong. These people will put garbage in your food if you complain about your order. When I was in I had the worst experience in my life and I've been to a lot of places. Complained that my order was wrong thru the drive thru and had to come back so they can fix the mistake but to my surprise instead of helping fix the issue they made it worse by putting a nasty ? and dirty used napkin in my food. Disgusting food and nasty service worst of all the fast food places. None of the managers care even after I put my complaint they said someone will reach out and it's been more then a month and nothing to this day , This is not fair please do your job right.

I got a T Mobile Tuesday coupon for a free Jack's Spicy Chicken, so I thought I'd try it out.Ordered on the app at 2.30 pm, and it was ready almost right away.It's a pretty solid sandwich. The lettuce and tomato were nice and fresh, and the chicken had a good crunch and a little flavoring heat.I would suggest adding a sauce to go with it as it just has mayo, and they're free to add on.I'm not sure I'd pay the $8.19 regular price for it, but it was definitely solid.

Asked for a Jack's Spicy Chicken add ketchup and 2 tacos. I got ketchup, but they put cheese for some reason, whatever it's fine. Then I got to my tacos and I wanted taco sauce so I asked where their taco sauce was because I couldn't find it and the employees looked at me weird. How about instead of looking at me like that you actually tell me where it is next time.

Most food at Jack in the Box is pretty tragic and I did not understand why anyone would eat anything they had. But then I had their breakfast. I will say that their croissant sandwiches and hash browns are their saving grace. They are also one of the few fast food places which is still pretty fast too! The only other items I enjoyed, though it has been awhile were their shakes and also their have a molten chocolate cake - so basically go here for breakfast or dessert....or both!
