just now tried to 2 milk t bobas and got 2 milkshakes and reordered the same thing and they gave us a redbull and another milkshake and the working was high out of his mind tweaking doing his job

I think the buildings are really ugly but the food is also just ok. the employees are employed here and that's very clear from their personalities

Had to repeat my order 13 times. Kid at drive thru was high af.

Next visit. Got a mint shake that was not mixed just mouthwash at the bottom of a vanilla shake.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger with seasoned curly fries. Everything was excellent. I don't go out for fast food very often but this was great.

This was the single most worst experience I have had at this chain. Terrible service and terrible food. The prices for this garbage keeps going up but the quality goes down??? Yet another example of fast food not being worth it anymore.

So we had to explain the order, item by item 10 times over to the clearly "faded" cashier working the drive-through.
Employees were yelling at him at the window, and the same person crammed the entire order in a small bag. I'm not going to that location again. 👎👎👎

Specifically asked for no pickles and no sauce whatsoever several several times and yet I still received my food with pickles and sauce. Thank you so much for caring about my food allergies. Pathetic I definitely will not be returning.

The store was Sooooo Cold, hard to done in. Literally 60 deg. Plus, the sign outside sad they were serving Monster Tacos, but when ordering inside were informed they did not have them.

This place is very unprofessional! I had to do a split payment, worker proceeds to say she can’t do it without manager. Then yells at us for being busy, and next time we can’t do split payments? Um what? Isn’t that your job? She was rude, unprofessional, and on top of that forgot our sauces. My wife goes in to get the sauce, and once again same older Hispanic lady showing hostility to my wife. Get this place in order.
