We came in quickly today to get a nice treat and they were amazing. I didn't catch her name, but a wonderful red headed cashier took our order and even walked our drinks to the table we were sitting at. Super kind!

I recently visited Jamba Juice and had a mixed experience. The girls working there were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made ordering a pleasure.

However, I did encounter an issue with one staff member. The guy who handed me my pick-up order didn’t acknowledge me or say thank you, which was a bit off-putting. It would be great if he could receive training on customer interaction, as a smile and a simple acknowledgment can really enhance the experience.

Overall, I enjoyed the delicious drinks and the positive vibe from most of the staff, but I think some customer service training could go a long way in making visits even better!

The staff know me by first name and know my order as soon as I walk in, lol. I can never get enough of the acai super antioxidant drink with whey protein. And let's not get into the acai bowl (my daughter's favorite). It's addicting to say the least. My son likes the electric berry. I can never get enough Jamba juice, I could drink it everyday. That is why the staff know me at multiple locations, lol.

Didn’t like Jamba Juice as a kid, decided to try it again recently and boy was I missing out! Delicious smoothies and I love the 3G energy boost. Also, the atmosphere is incredibly sweet and inviting. Always walk in to a bunch of smiling faces. Will definitely be back!

Just wanted to say thanks to Marley for her kind care and professionalism!! I ordered online and accidentally clicked on a different area and was running late to go to work. The store was very busy with other orders but she whipped up my exact same order in a couple of minutes and continued to show a big smile.
