Every visit, she greets me with a smile, remembers my name, and ensures my smoothies and bowls are safe for my allergens (and delicious!). Great location. The staff is always friendly and prompt. The drinks are amazing. Always a favorite!Parking: Lots of parking, but spots in this smaller mall is typically busy if not full. You may have to loiter or park to the side if very busy.

I ordered 2 smoothies and 2 waffles off of the app for delivery from this location. The driver showed up with just the waffles and when I asked about the drinks he just shrugged and said there were none. I looked for a way to report an issue with the order but only found a way to send general feedback. I then tried to call the store but was left on ring for several minutes with no one answering.Terrible customer service with no easy way to ask for a refund.

Smoothie was great. They need to improve their scanner machine. It took the person at the counter way too long to get the scanner to scan my barcode. Otherwise service was great and smoothie was good. There was a bunch of teens that came in that reaked of weed. It made it unpleasant for me and my kid. There was a group in front just smoking it in front of the smoothie shop. It made us and several others uncomfortable.
This Jamba is one of the best. They are fast with friendly service and always get my drink right. I add all the healthy things and never act annoyed at my special requests. Jamba thank you!

Found a little blue plastic piece in my drink. Tried to call multiple times and no one answered. I threw mine and my daughters drinks away. Definitely not okay and it’s completely turned me off to going here again. Saves money to just make your own smoothies at home anyways. Lesson learned.
