I just visited JCD BBQ with a group of three friends, and we were absolutely blown away! From the moment we walked in, the place was spotless and inviting. The atmosphere is super clean and comfortable, which is always a huge plus for a K-BBQ spot.
The food was outstanding—everything came out tasty, fresh, and incredibly filling. We left completely satisfied (and maybe a little too full!).
But what really made the night special was the service. The staff were all exceptional, but I have to give a massive shout-out to Danny (Clark). He went absolutely above and beyond for our table. He was hilarious, kept the energy up, and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask.
Danny is definitely part of the reason we’ll be coming back soon. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, this is the place to go!

Great bulgogi! The selection of little side dishes was really interesting too.

Corn cheese, pajeon, rice cakes with cheese, pork bossam, and seafood stir-fry. All SO SO good. They have the best corn cheese. And probably the best Korean streetfood so far. I haven't had a chance to try the fried chicken, but this place has been a repeat for me. Their banchan was very delicious. I prefer theirs over Gen bbq.

Well, we drove out of the way to eat here. It was supposed to be high-quality junk bland. They’re cheap under meat and the sides was gross and too expensive over $100 for two people garbage do not go here.

Been here multiple times, food is always great and comes out quick. Service is also awesome even at late times. If your looking to get a late dinner this is a wonderful spot.

I've been here a handful of times now and it's definitely my favorite KBBQ in the Portland area. Worth the drive out from Vancouver. The BBQ combo sizes are generous and the sides/appetizers are tasty. We always get the tteokbokki :) Friendly staff and prompt service. I always recommend this place when people come into town!

Kinda pricey and doesn't have bottomless options like other KBBQ, that being said it is one of the better places in town.

My first experience at JCD did not disappoint! Perfect spot for a larger group with a plentiful variety of transitional Korean hot pot/entrees and BBQ. The menu included a few “safer” options for people who may not be familiar with Korean food as well as a few vegetarian friendly dishes. Plenty of booth and table seating- definitely would return.

Just finished eating at JCD Korean BBQ and, wow, we’re stuffed and happy!
The food hit all the right notes, tons of options, super tasty, and felt genuinely Korean.
The staff were all smiles, the service was quick, and the prices didn’t make our wallets cry.
We’re already planning our next visit. Get Kalbi!!

I had the soondae bokkeum (spicy blood sausage stirfry). It was really nice! The blood sausage was less flavorful than I expected but the sauce it was cooked in more than made up for it.
Banchan was great - the kimchi and fishcake were great. Nothing bad which is always nice.
Rice was excellent!
Overall, real solid korean restaurant (can't speak on the bbq part though). Filled me up and left me with leftovers for breakfast, yum!

The food at JCD is always good. It's tough to order any of the soups to go because the plastic containers start to melt which is really bad. However, if JCD changes their soup container I think it would be safe to order it to go in the future. Dining in is a must and I recommend the kimchi pancake! It's amazing!
