The guy making our sandwiches last night was incredible. Perfect portions and he really came through with the extra pickles on my sub. Plus super friendly, quick, and high quality service. Thanks to the Cedar Hills crew

I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with what I experienced today at the store. I came in on lunch to order a sandwich. I normally order to go on the app. Today I decided to go in. While standing in line I observed one male staff member making sandwiches. While the other guy was cutting bread and laying it on the counter. When it got to my turn to say what topping I would like on my sandwich I observed the employee take what was left over on the counter from cutting an adding toppings from the previous customer sandwich and SWEEP EVERYTHING ON THE COUNTER BACK INTO THE LETTUCE TRAY AN OTHER TOPPINGS. I was in shock an what I witnessed. I felt nauseous after watching this and scrapped the lettuce off my sandwich. That is extremely unsanitary and a huge food violation. Please re train your employees that this is not healthy an sanitary AT ALL.

Angel had amazing customer service! And Elizabeth was so fast I couldn’t believe it. Not only were they just awesome people, but they made sure the store was clean and food was to order. Fantastic job ladies! Well done.

Spent about 16 on a regular sandwich, the hot honey chicken. They forgot the hot honey, I got them to add the hot honey which is whatever. It was so dry, bland and almost flavorless and tiny. I ended up throwing away most of my sandwich. I used to love this place, not sure what happened.

Dirty, everything is cross contaminated. Staff is rude and awful. Go to firehouse.
I ordered 3 sandwiches online (and took advantage of the Uber Eats deal for the free Turkey Provolone deal). I have to say, while the employees were friendly enough and I have no complaints about the store itself - I am so disappointed in our sandwiches. The bags weren’t labeled so you have to open every one to find a specific sandwich (which I can get over). But when I opened the Turkey sandwich the paper was drenched in a dressing, and the top bread is sopping with it. Then I open the Italian and as I’m eating it realize it’s dry as can be. So I assume what’s drenched the turkey sandwich was what was supposed to be on the Italian. I’m not sure it really shows it in the picture but that bread shouldn’t be slick and shiny.
Listen - I get there’s a deal happening but I chose to spend my money here because of it. I basically just spent $30 for one decent sandwich and two very bad ones. I know mistakes happen, I’ve worked in food service and spent years in retail. But I can’t imagine I’ll revisit here in a time where spending $30 on sandwiches is a basically a luxury.
Three items were missing from my order two bags of chips and a drink. I noticed after a few minute after leaving. Went back to retrieve but they refused stating they did give items. So always check before leaving that items were included. - sandwiches though were very good.
Never actually been in the store so I don’t know the vibes - but I accidentally ordered the wrong bread on my online order - I called them up and they were so nice about the change and made it happen. It’s the small things.
ordered online and picked one up for lunch during my night shift. Perfect
This place looks disgusting from the back like they dont clean 🧼 didnt look like it hadn’t been swept for a couple days

DO NOT get a gluten free sandwich here..... 15.50 and it's not good! The bread was soggy, terrible tasting and soooooo small! 2-3 inches smaller then a regular sub.

Got the #64 portobello mushroom sandwich. Felt like it missed salt in it but overall good sandwich. Their club sub with
turkey, ham, provolone, applewood smoked bacon and mayo was good. Also #13 THE ORIGINAL ITALIAN Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni was okay…They’ve got lot of options of sandwiches..

I ordered the #26. The staff didn't change gloves between using a rag to wipe down the slicer and making my sandwich.

Great food as always. You can get your sandwich in a to-go container with lettuce. So it’s a salad with a Lot of meat, cheese etc. Great if you’re avoiding bread.
