DO NOT get a gluten free sandwich here..... 15.50 and it's not good! The bread was soggy, terrible tasting and soooooo small! 2-3 inches smaller then a regular sub.

Got the #64 portobello mushroom sandwich. Felt like it missed salt in it but overall good sandwich. Their club sub with
turkey, ham, provolone, applewood smoked bacon and mayo was good. Also #13 THE ORIGINAL ITALIAN Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni was okay…They’ve got lot of options of sandwiches..

I ordered the #26. The staff didn't change gloves between using a rag to wipe down the slicer and making my sandwich.

Great food as always. You can get your sandwich in a to-go container with lettuce. So it’s a salad with a Lot of meat, cheese etc. Great if you’re avoiding bread.

Nicely convenient place to get a quick sandwich especially during work lunches. My partner especially likes coming here. Service is pretty fast, as you would expect from a casual sandwich joint, and it's pretty on par with the quality of other Jersey Mike's locations. Their cheesesteak is enjoyable and comes at a fair price, tastes especially good with the Vickie's Jalapeño chips. It's fairly clean and (a little too) bright inside. It's definitely a place I'd come back to.

The smallest “sub” sandwich at this location. AND the bathrooms were horrendous. It has to make you wonder if they do such a poor job with keeping the bathrooms clean, how clean is it behind the counter?!? Definitely go to the one on Cornell.

We visited this store on 2/9/23. It took about 5 mins for us to be acknowledged by anyone and there were about 4 employees out front (just want to point out that this is not the first time this has happened at this location). When we were acknowledged finally the guy asked us what we wanted, didn’t write the order down and then asked us to repeat our orders after we told him (he had a pad of paper in front of him). The dining room was FILTHY. Not a single table was clean. I had to use napkins and hand sanitizer to wipe our table down. The food was OK. My wife’s sub was stale. My Philly cheese steak was good. The customer service is garbage and the lack of cleanliness is the biggest reasons why we will not return to this location. Hope they can fix these issues ASAP.

I'm going to agree with most of the reviews here that emphasize the bad customer service at this location. The employees don't greet you and are generally uninterested in you or what you might want. The food is acceptable but all in all, this is the worst Jersey Mike's location on the west side. The one on Cornell by Sunset High School is much better and the one that gets my business.

This location is garbage. Go to the one north of here on Cornell. It will almost certainly be fast to drive the extra way than wait here. I don't think this location has ever been on time with my online order. One or two people in line and I still wait 15minutes or more AFTER the scheduled pickup (which is already longer than the other location).This current visit is nearing 30 minutes after the pickup time and they told me it's "on the grill" but unless they are making the wrong sandwich that's not true.Something is critically wrong with this location's ordering queuing.After this experience I'm done with this spot. I'll never return unless I hear there's been a change in process, management, or ownership.

Jersey Mike's in cedar hills very ordinary no customer service, no greeting, no help in ordering if new to store, loud music, could not hear counter person. Food, ordinary. Nothing special. Dirty counter, messy store

Parking: Parking all over. Store location on outside street so easy access.
