Jimmy John's

I am a Jimmy John's fan, stopped by this one for the first time. Their bread was pretty dried out, but more importantly, the restaurant itself was pretty dirty. Boxes and piles of things kind of all over and it appeared that the floor had not been mopped for quite some time. I didn't enjoy my sandwich as much, wondering if it was made in such a haphazardly manner as well. It was between standard meal times, and not busy in there at all.

Always love jimmy johns stopped by for a quick bite and wasn't disappointed. They still keep it quick and quality. Don't know if Scott still owns it but still runs like it is. I miss working for him.

I ordered on the weekend for delivery on their website. I called the restaurant after Uber and the Uber driver massively messed up everything. An employee there named Payton took care of it and tried to contact Uber for me as well, calling me back to resolve the situation. He also made it so I will come back to Jimmy Johns again for the service. I am grateful for his assistance and professionalism. I got my order and have him to thank for it. Thank you Payton, you are the G.O.A.T!!

pretty good sandwiches but the service was not super friendly or welcoming.
the guy taking my order didn’t even acknowledge my existence or look at me.

The service was amazing. I was greeted when I first walked through the door. My order was made perfect, and done so fast I had my sandwich before I was even done paying!

i feel like youre just better off getting a sandwich from a different location. spent my entire work lunch just waiting in their lobby for my mobile order, they took everyone who came in and waited until the lobby was empty to start my order, cried in my car after, kind of sucked. usually jimmy johns makes my day better, not this time.

I was here for dinner on 11/27 and the service was risiculously slow. I ordered with the app 20 minutes ahead and they took another 10 minutes to make the order. They weren't that friendly and didn't appologize for the late order.

Don't come here if you're in a hurry

Drive thru— Asked to add a side item on our order, and we were told they had already submitted the order so we couldn’t add, and they wouldn’t do a separate order for it. Then we get to the window and instead of handing us a receipt or IPad, they ask us if we want to tip, which felt like a very weird way to pressure customers into tipping, and they suggested a four dollar tip which was extremely high for drive thru. 30 dollars for two sandwiches. We never got our side :(

I am a celiac and have to eat gluten free. I’ve eaten safely at a number of JJs in different cities. The person who entered my order was not as knowledgeable at this JJs about celiac but when I explained that I needed a lettuce wrap, take out condiments on the side, a change of gloves on the preparer and just that person making my sandwich they fully accommodated and I ate safely. Another team member was more aware of allergy protocol so I do think JJs train their staff and I was just working with a newer staff member. This is not a negative review at all, as I will be eating here again while I’m in town.

The guy behind the counter was missing when I got here, with a sign posted he’ll be back in 2 min :-( so I wait and he comes back and doesn’t acknowledge me at all, then after doing some other things he says to me it’ll be a while I have to get this catering order out, if I don’t get it out it’s a problem. Really?? Not even a I’m sorry, nothing… he said if I don’t want to wait I can go down the street. Pretty disappointed that this was my first experience inside a jimmy John’s when I like their food but service is dead I guess. I left hungry.

Jimmy John's is supposed to be a chill stress free place but the employees at this location will literally hang up on you if you have a problem with your order or delivery. If you hate your job so much please quit! I would much rather have someone WANT to be PAID and TIPPED to make my sandwich.
