I love Just a Dash’s meal prep model — it makes it so easy to enjoy delicious and nutritious weeknight dinners at home. Their lemon garlic salmon and risotto combo was fresh, flavorful, and reheated beautifully the next day. I just wish there were a bit more variety and availability in their mini charcuterie selections. Overall, a great local find!

Just a Dash is my absolute go-to in Beaverton. I can't say enough good things! Absolutely delicious food at a reasonable price with no shortage of variety. I love that the menu changes every day. Allergens are labeled clearly and they take it seriously--gluten free items are even celiac safe! It's such a gem and I can't recommend enough.

Gluten Free Options!! A friend sent me the website and we've tried them twice now. Both times the food was delicious! We got the pot roast with mashed potatoes and the meatballs with mashed potatoes. Variety of choices for take out. Have not found a place like just a dash for delicious take out food. Salads are super/caesar salad dressing is unbelievable tasty. Desserts r mouth watering. You can freeze majority of main dishes. Great value.

The banana toasted marshmallow rice krispy is literally my favorite sweet treat of all time! I would highly recommend this place for a grab & go lunch OR if you need a stunning & delicious charcuterie!!

The charcuterie boxes have been a go to for me and my girlfriend. Always met with a friendly face and great customer service. Their take out options are fantastic as well and the seasonal lemonades are to die for. I do like I can call ahead my order since I live a little while away and it’s ready to go as soon as I arrive.
Such a gem! So nice being able to grab healthy meal prepped dinners and snacks! My favorites are the lemon dill tuna salad and cheddar jalapeño scalloped potato’s! I stop by weekly to stock up for days I don’t want to cook! The burrito bowl kit was also delicious and everything’s reasonably priced! Such a brilliant idea!
