There's grease everywhere. Some even dropped from where the vents are on my plate. Food was decent

The meat and side dishes are good. We definitely would be back for the food.

-1⭐️ customer service is lacking and mostly incompetent staff
-1⭐️Forces customers to TIP on your bill. TIP(To Insure Promptness). Staff forgot about us numerous times; didn’t even ask if we needed more water, rice side dishes and we had to get their attention after 10-15min waiting. They just left us alone most of the time. It wasn’t a full house just 4 other tables.

I heard that there was a new recipe for tripe here, so I tried it^-^♡ It's so delicious, there's no fishy taste.
The food was chewy and it was great. I give it a perfect score out of 100^^

2nd time going to this kbbq place, food is fairly decent for the price you are paying for the all u can eat deal. I had Brian K as my server and he provided exemplary service and truly went beyond what was expected. He frequently checked in on us for additional rounds considering the place was incredibly busy and packed. He got us our food super fast every single round and accurately got all of our orders correct. Deserves a raise tbh

Update, so I've been back a few times since my original review and the service has gotten much better, overall I'd say it's 4.5/5 stars and would highly recommend.

Honestly the food was great for the amount we paid, however the servers take a while to get to you even when it doesn't feel that busy. Overall a worthwhile experience but the wait between plates of meat was abysmal.

Went here for lunch expecting all you can eat, thanks to the big sign out front. Disappointed to find there is a two person minimum. I suggested to my server that was the main reason I came, but I wasn’t offered any alternative. The long list of rules is off-putting too, so it felt best to avoid asking for any special accommodation like an extra 5-10 $. (My final check was far less btw)

What I did order was a hot plate, which wasn’t particularly hot. The sides were serviceable but tired. The kimchi tasted like it was fermented in ketchup, and I got super odd cuts of broccoli. And they didn’t have hot tea available - the only free beverage - just hot water, which is extra confusing and potentially a hidden upsell that turned me off.

All to say: It’s edible. It’s fine. But temper your expectations and don’t expect AYCE for any price because the owners apparently can’t offer pricing for one person when the grill is literally right there at my table.

There are several better Korean BBQ restaurants nearby.

Was craving some all you can eat and this is a great spot if you like Korean bbq. 35 bucks for the entry level all you can eat. Which have many items that are delicious. Would highly recommend. Staff was very nice and quick. Ate myself into a coma. Good stuff.
