I came to Karvers as it was highly recommended to me and disappointed is an understatement. I didn't even get the chance to eat my food because i was disgusted by how unsanitary the cashier/food bagger was. She not only was eating and licking her fingers while preparing customers food but was also combing through her long ponytail with her fingers directly over where the food was being prepared. Never washed her hands once between eating her own food behind the counter or playing in her hair. This was a complete turn off and i cancelled my order immediately. Very unsanitary.

I just got off binge watching The Bear and the movie Chef on Hulu and told a buddy how good the show and movie was. He then mentioned a kickass sandwich shop here in Beaverton that has sandwiches that are just fantastic. I ordered the Cuban and a Tri tip Dip (because I didn't have breakfast) and Im glad I came.

The food is mouth watering. The staff is so friendly. The place is chill. I don't review often and I will be back more because of me writing this. You found a new devoted customer for the future.

I had the BLT which was very good

They use a truffle sauce that enhances it

Food is okay, overpriced for what you get in my opinion. The main reason I wanted to leave a review is I saw many bugs flying around, not sure what bug it is but it makes me question how hygienic the place is.

I paid $19 for a gluten-free chicken sandwich. More than four dollars for the gluten-free bread. This is Franz bread, which is about four dollars for an entire loaf. By the way, Franz gluten-free bread is the absolute worst gluten-free bread out there. The quality of the meats and other ingredients was very average. The one highlight was the Service was very polite. My wife had a non-gluten-free sandwich and also was not impressed at all.

BEST SANDWICH SHOP, EVER! First time coming and ordered the Cuban and Banh Mi. Both were delicious! Chips were great as well. We were gifted a free cookie as first timers by Sean. Thanks Sean for making us feel so welcome!!! We will definitely be back.

We recently tried this sandwich shop and had a mixed experience. We ordered the tri-tip French dip, but it didn’t quite hit the mark. The meat was pale, and the sandwich was loaded with peppers—much more like an Italian beef than a traditional French dip. Once we adjusted our expectations, it was enjoyable, but it wasn’t what we expected.

The mac and cheese was easily the biggest disappointment—watery, gritty, and seriously lacking in flavor. It was probably the worst mac and cheese I’ve ever had. On the bright side, the Reuben was delicious, the coleslaw was solid, and the Cuban was a standout with perfectly crunchy bread, though the mustard was a bit strong. Stone ground mustard is a choice.

Service was fine, but the place was noticeably dirty. Despite being dead, the two employees were just standing around while the floors were messy, and the counters needed wiping. A little more attention to cleanliness would go a long way.
