Karver Sandwich Bar has quickly become one of my absolute favorite lunch spots. Everything they serve is unbelievably fresh—you can truly taste the quality in every bite. Their ingredients are crisp, flavorful, and clearly chosen with care, which makes every sandwich feel like something special.

Their meats are exceptional—high quality, expertly prepared, and always the perfect complement to their fresh toppings and house-made spreads. And the soups? Absolutely delicious. Comforting, rich, and full of flavor, they’re the kind of soups that can turn even a quick lunch into something memorable.

Great sandwich, the only thing that disappointed me was when they rang up the price it was more than the price on the menu. It was less than a dollar difference but still. You expect to pay what is on the menu.

First time here. The sandwich was awesome. Definitely do not skrimp on the meat. The chips were a little stale texture,would love to see an option for ff. The menu was tricky to find if never there before. The staff was awesome but surprised they do not have to wear beard nets.

The food was incredible and every bite was packed with flavor. You can tell they use fresh, high quality ingredients and really care about what they are serving. The bread had the perfect texture, the meats were seasoned just right, and the sauces brought everything together perfectly. Every sandwich feels like it was made with attention and passion.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience even better. The atmosphere had a relaxed and inviting vibe that made it a great place to sit and enjoy a meal. It is rare to find a sandwich shop that stands out this much, but Karver Sandwiches truly does. I will absolutely be coming back to try more of their menu.

I made a mistake on my pick up order 30 mins before they closed. It was ordered for the next day which I didnt mean to do.They quickly made the sandwiches without hesitation when they should be closed. I felt so bad! But I appreciate the hospitality through my struggles! Thanks for the awesome service!

When I first went there to get takeout the staff was really nice and the food was amazing. I also really loved how the place had all the food on display so that everyone could see how the food would look like and there's even drinks on the display too I also love the layout of the menu But I highly recommend the jumbo cookies and the Melter Skelter Sandwich and also the Orange soda which me and my mom both love to have ❤️

Finally ordered from here and IT WAS DELICIOUS! I ordered the Caprese Sandwich, and others ordered the Kickin Chicken and Turkey & Apple, and we all DEVOURED them! One of the best sandwiches I’ve had! Will definitely be a frequent customer from now on!

I came to Karvers as it was highly recommended to me and disappointed is an understatement. I didn't even get the chance to eat my food because i was disgusted by how unsanitary the cashier/food bagger was. She not only was eating and licking her fingers while preparing customers food but was also combing through her long ponytail with her fingers directly over where the food was being prepared. Never washed her hands once between eating her own food behind the counter or playing in her hair. This was a complete turn off and i cancelled my order immediately. Very unsanitary.

I just got off binge watching The Bear and the movie Chef on Hulu and told a buddy how good the show and movie was. He then mentioned a kickass sandwich shop here in Beaverton that has sandwiches that are just fantastic. I ordered the Cuban and a Tri tip Dip (because I didn't have breakfast) and Im glad I came.

The food is mouth watering. The staff is so friendly. The place is chill. I don't review often and I will be back more because of me writing this. You found a new devoted customer for the future.
