Place was empty when i walked in ordered food small order and the after wards the guy working proceeds to take the drive through order which is whatever but then their order was huge and he decided to make me wait till he made their order first just because i chose to came inside a empty store. Worst customer service ive had in a long time.

I go to the drive-thru. No other cars are in the drive-thru. Parking lot is half empty. They tell me through the speaker that I need to come inside to order because it'll be faster because too many people are in front of me. I'm in the drive-thru because I don't want to go inside. Ridiculous. Never coming back.

My wife and I went thru the drive thru for some dinner. The male person trying to take our order tried rushing us, even tho there was no one in the store nor behind us in the drive thru, and we asked for a few mins to look over the menu board. $28.77 for a #7 & a #12. The food was stale and tasted horrible. I had to stop eating to go throw up the food I just ate! Waste of space, time, money, and food. I will NEVER eat here again. Further, I will be contacting the manager for a FULL REFUND as the food wasn't even edible! With the unpleasant experience, both the drive thru employees demeanor and rushing, and the DISGUSTING food- not only will we not be eating here again, but I will be reporting this location to the State of Oregon board of health for making me sick.

Tried calling immediately to report to manager, but they didn't even answer their business phone! Beware the business is trash. Will be contacting corporate to ensure they know and understand how poorly this place is being managed/run.

The manger at this location Monife (I think) is exceptional, always police, helpful and a great representation for the KFC name.

We were almost 20 minutes waiting for a sale associate. The Mexican chubby boy didn't say anything, and we were waiting and waiting. Finally a white old guy was back there, when he came he was taking his time .... that restaurant is very dirty. And the most silly thing was that they didn't have any other customer, just us!! They don't Even say hi, really bad attitude. We will never come to this place!

Got Tuesday 8pc (dark meat) deal, in extra crispy. It wasn't crispy. It wasn't mushy, but far from crispy. It was pretty light tan, so it doesn't seem like it was fried long enough, although the chicken did seem to be cooked through.

It was also a regular 8pc bucket, which fine with me (more expensive option), however, may mean someone else got my 8pc dark meat. If they substituted it out because they didn't have enough dark meat, I would have expected them to ask about it.

They emailed me a link to review the experience and based on my negative review they issued a refund. While I appreciate the refund, it was issued with a very brief (seemingly automated) email. Basically it just said, "Sorry for your experience, we are issuing a refund, it could take up to 72 hours."

The flavor was still pretty good and they gave me a refund, so I that's why I gave 2 instead of 1 star. I should have checked the reviews before going there.

Classic chicken sandwich, which consists of literally nothing but chicken pickles and sauce and this was the sauce I was given. Driest sandwich I have ever bitten into. It’s worth it to just go to the Popeye’s down the street if you’re really craving chicken and need a fast food option. The fries were also so insanely salty that even my cat who loves salty things wouldn’t eat them ? So I threw away the fries and re-made the sandwich myself at home. I’ve also just come across LOTS of extremely negative KFC reviews which is so sad for me to see their downfall because I remember KFC being so great when I was a child. Rest in peace KFC </3

Just picked up some food while at work, portions were small, food was cold, wasn't able to actually get what we ordered due to a 20 minute time wait, and no utensils. This restaurant is a huge disappointment.
