The food is ok due to the fact that sometimes it's great, sometimes not so great. The new potato poppers come with gravy that was not gravy. It was as if they mixed the gravy with water, and it tasted like literal nothing. Some of the food like the fries can taste old and cold like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The service the last couple of times I've been there has been not so good at this location. It's as if they dont want to help you or are bothering them for something such as a simple sauce request. KFC used to be great and has slowly gotten rid of favorite items, raised the prices, and lowered quality + service. Also, consider going in for your order VS. drive through as they 8/10 ×'s get it wrong. Maybe I should try a different location, but i seem to run into this at KFC in general.

This is exactly what you'd expect from KSC. The food here is fattening and fried and overall seasoned okay. There were no complaints as far as the food is concerned. We got plenty for the price that we paid and it was still nice and hot when I brought it home which was only about a 10-minute drive. I will say one thing I was highly disappointed with was I placed a mobile order at a route 5:45 with a ready time of 6:10. I arrived at the drive-thru at 6:12 when I came up to the window. I was then asked to pull forward and wait a few more minutes. I'm not sure why that was since I was the only one there. No one else pulled up behind me my entire time that I was waiting there and then after being asked to pull forward and wait I was waiting for at least another 10 minutes. So I'm not really sure where the quota time came from or why I was even asked to pull forward and wait. Since again not a single person came through the drive-thru after me and to be honest if someone did come up through the drive-thru and my food was still not ready that's when they should be asking someone to pull forward and wait for the food not when there's no one there. Location is pretty Central so this is right off of TB highway and close to the 185th so it's easily accessible to lots of people families, whether they're on the go or you're stopping for a quick bite to eat. Honestly, if I left KFC I would probably keep coming here, but between the choice I prefer other fried Chicken places and you can look up my review for Popeyes as well. That would be the recommendation I would make for fried Chicken if someone's interested and they're literally 2 minutes away from each other

Ordered a 16 piece meal and only got 11 pieces of chicken and the thighs are half thighs.
Ordered take out. They ALWAYS forget an item which is why I go inside. Ordered many items and of course even inside they forgot an item. They have so many workers. More than I hVe seen in many establishments and yet they still miss things. I went to car to check and yes they were missing the additional Mac and cheese I paid for. It’s just so sad that you can’t go anywhere and just get the order you paid for.

Put in a $50 order for chicken and sides. Was told they were out of extra crispy chicken breasts and it would be over 20 mins for more. Chicken is the one thing you sell, and you not only run out of it but it would be 20 MINUTES for another piece. Update, the Mac and Cheese was cold, not just unwarm....cold.

The poorest service I've ever received at this location. Came into the store to pick up an online order, and I literally stood waiting for 15+ minutes before any of the employees even acknowledged me. And, there was no one else in line.. Also, the food from previous purchases here have been prepared well, but this time was sub-par. Absolute last time I'll ever order from this store.
