We were very excited because the menu looked great but unfortunately did not get to eat here due to poor service, the lady was very rude, at first she ignored us standing in at the entrance and after sometime we walked to the counter and asked her for a table, she told us she doesn’t have ‘time’ to seat us despite having available tables and that we have to wait 25-30 mins. I was shocked by the rude response we decided to leave.

Extremely bad service, the host/server refused to seat us despite having empty tables and told us she doesn’t have time to clean the tables. A few other customers also left due to the bad attitude of this person and rude responses. Very unprofessional and not worthy of a customer service role.

I ordered Kueh Tiew Hang Soup with mild spicy level. I usually order medium to spicy a Thai restaurant but I decided to order for mild this time. I was crying after a few bites because it was very very spicy.
When I gave them this feedback, the server told me (I paraphrased a little here) I should have ordered no spice and should read fine print on the menu for spice warning. I have been eating Thai foods regularly for 20+ years at different restaurants at different states. This was the first time I cried eating a mild spicy Thai entree. A little afterwards, another server just dropped a bottle of water abruptly at our table.
While the menu offers a lot of foods not commonly found at other Thai restaurants, the (very poor) quality of the service was definitely not commonly found at the many other Thai restaurants I have visited.
As a paying customer, I don't feel like tha it's the attitude I should be given to. I thought it was rude and I felt offended.

My Thai friend who lives here recommended this restaurant. I went there and it was as delicious as its reputation. I ordered the beef khao soi. The beef was very tender and the taste was like eating in Thailand. If I come to this city again, I will definitely come back to eat here.

My friend and I visited this place on a Sunday evening. It was very crowded since the restaurant opened, which made me quite sure that it would be delicious. When we actually tried it, we were very impressed. The staff were very welcoming and the service was very good. I ordered the Tom Yum Kung Nam Khon and the Chicken Stir Fry with Cashew Nuts, which were very authentic Thai flavors. The Thai Tea was also very tasty. I recommend everyone to come and eat at this restaurant.
