Been here several times now, and we still don’t understand why the wait time is long. It takes 10 minutes for our server to take our order (we came right at opening) and another 35-40 to get our food. While the Togo orders are flying out of the kitchen. The food is good that’s why we keep coming back, but every time we go we feel forgotten despite the fact we sit right in front of where the servers are. Food was pretty good but the service was awful. They brought part of the order for ones in our group and only when they had finished eating, they brought meals for the rest. They forgot to bring one dish, confused noodles with rice in another and brought the order for different people in one plate. And the "icing on the cake" - they included a 20% tip in the bill! For what?? So even the fancy delivery robot didn't help. We will not go there again.

Great place to get ramen or a don. Karage is best, followed by pork katsu. Ramen is always amazing and full of flavor and depth. Get it with extra meat for a full meal, or try the chicken skins (torikawa) to go with it. You won't be disappointed. Sadly, parking is scarce while the Korean BBQ place next door is open. Go on a Wednesday for plenty of parking and wonderful servers.
