I ordered on their website, specified delivery (I'm here for business and don't have a car rented), and waited the almost 40 minutes for the delivery to come.
The receipt on the bag was correct, the food in the bag was not, and it was not warm. I called the store and talked to the manager, who told me that because it was delivered by Doordash, they couldn't do anything. Didn't offer to remake and send the food, just said I was out of luck and to call Doordash.
I called Doordash, who said they couldn't help because I placed the order on the store's website. The customer service agent called the store (had me on hold for 12 minutes), and came back and said the store told him to pound sand too.
What a horrible experience. Apparently if you go to the store, they're forced to serve you. If you're getting delivery, be prepared to be out for overpriced food to start with.
I couldn't rate this place a 0, so they get 1 spiteful star.

Fabulous as I was sad to find Sherwood Killer Burger shuttered.
Love the Killer Burgers; my fave is Jose and it was hot, juicy, perfectly cooked! Employees were courteous and welcoming. Lots of big screen TVs in a clean, comfortable area. LN (ret. RN)

ordered burgers and sides for my family for take out and when I got home my onion rings were raw and filled with powder. Called the store to talk to a manager and a young woman answered and hung up on me twice. Dissapointing

The lunch box is a good deal. Perfect size burger, fries and drink. I ordered ahead this time and it was piping hot and ready to go when I got there. The Jose Mendoza is my favorite.

I placed an online order for pickup and discovered that my shareable onion rings were not included although they were listed on the receipt. When I called the Cedar Hills store, they were very apologetic and refunded me the price right away. I have never had that great experience else where!
