I decided to try after all the hype and boy, was I disappointed. The cinnamon rolls had zero cinnamon flavor, were dry, and even the icing had no flavor. No idea how this chain is a thing…

The cinnamon rolls here are delicious and unique! Cinnamon rolls are one of the few pastries I eat and this place is worth checking out!

You can dump a tin of cherries on a mediocre cinnamon roll, but a dry, inconsistent, crummy roll is still dry, inconsistem, and crummy. Of course, this is portland so the quality of the food won't matter nearly as much as the whadoolde weird and instagramable nature of the place.....so long as it's modern minimalist and there's a line.

The rolls were pretty good. They weren't immediately out of the oven, they could have been a little softer but they weren't dry as some have experienced. The strawberry and lemon curd was very good, for my money better than the blueberry crumble.
Really easy vibe in there, though. A little too easy. Sedate almost. I was there on a Friday afternoon and it should have been popping.
Cinnamon rolls are fun, this place does not convey fun.
I hope they manage. It really was pretty good.

Stopped by Kinnamons and tried the raspberry pistachio roll—delicious! I’m usually not a fan of hard cinnamon rolls, but this one was sooo soft and just perfect for my taste.

The vibe was super friendly, which made the experience great. Parking was easy too, with both outdoor and building parking available. A great spot to satisfy your cinnamon roll cravings! Definitely worth a visit.

My first two visits yielded awesome cinnamon rolls; fresh, right out of the oven and perfectly soft and moist. Today unfortunately we were given the driest, hard rolls I’ve ever had; it was difficult to cut with a metal fork and was dense and unpleasant to chew.

If you’re expecting hot centered, gooey, soft cinnamon rolls, don’t go here just head to Cinnabon. The roll is baked more like it was trying to be a coffee cake - just dough covered in cinnamon.

Love this place.
The staff is always super friendly the food is great! You get a fair few options like the maple bacon, raspberry lemon poppyseed, they even have pistachio and roasted coconut!

You can throw up to the toppings on things, making either an amazing cinnamon roll or sundaes or combine the two!

Have already been here multiple times and will be back!

I haven't tried the cinnamon rolls yet, but no matter how good they are, I won't be back. I do not understand why small business owners hire young, rude employees to destroy their businesses. This was my first time there and I was so excited to try it out. So sad.
