I ordered the chicken teriyaki plate and its a large food portion which is awesome i wasn’t expecting to be that much! i couldn’t finish it so saved the rest for another meal. for the price i say it’s a win! plus complimentary soup? ofcourse yes! i’ll def come back and its nearby from my apt!
What a horrible first experience to this place. Ordered online, picked it up after arguing with them that the name on the order is Jason not John which they claimed it was the correct order. Guess what ... It was the wrong order. Took it back to get the correct one and the had to remake it. Got it home and guess what!? Still got the order wrong and was missing items. Tried calling 4 times and no one picked up. Their voicemail goes to some generic voicemail mailbox that was full so I took the receipt that they taped to my bag and pulled up the email confirmation receipt showing my order and that they shorted me items. I drove all the way back and the gal behind the counter proceeded to argue with me that it was correct. I then showed her the receipts and that it was not correct. So she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted those items? Of course I wanted the items I freaking paid for them!!! This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with any restaurant. What an absolute joke.

Amazing food. Fair prices. $7.50 for a bowl and $12.50 for a giant combination plate. The food tastes super clean, and there is free self-serve miso soup.Another reviewer took -1 star because she said it wasn't teriyaki. Well she literally ordered a stir-fry [additional menu item] and complained it was a stir-fry. The chicken and beef teriyaki itself is on point and some of the best I have ever had.Also they have chicken katsu. The katsu sauce is not the greatest, kinda tastes like carrots, but not jarring enough to warrant a -1 star.
