Evolution Pinot Noir Bottle

Must be 21 to purchase. This wine exhibits aromas and flavors of bright red and jammy fruit characteristics, pie cherry and a hint of toasty oak. In the nose, this food friendly pinot noir expresses notes of chocolate covered cherries, rose petal, and a hint of baking spice. The mouthfeel is round and rich at first sip with some good tannins which soften with acidity in its long finish. Pairs well with our Tonkotsu.

Best ramen I’ve had anywhere. The broth is rich and well seasoned. We’ve had several of the Ramen’s and they are all fabulous. In particular, the vegetarian broth is the best I have had anywhere. We tried the pot stickers/dumplings today and they are also wonderful. The restaurant itself is spotless front and back of house from what I’ve observed over several visits. This place is a winner!

Good place for Ramen. I got the miso Ramen with karaage chicken and my husband got the mala tonkotsu ramen with Chasu pork. The broth made up of chicken and pork was great and noodles were good. Ramen Egg was okay. Karaage chicken was wonderful. Overall a good experience and good and quick service. Great ambience and ample parking available.

Ramen very good. Multiple choices. Many other appetizer items on menu. Staff very friendly and attentive. New building and very clean and open atmosphere. Will be our go to for Ramen. Driving from St Helens.
