“Went here for my grandson's birthday dinner. There were 4 of us so we chose combo #3, 1 premium protein and 3 classic. First the service was great or server came over often to top off our sides and drinks also to change out the grill. The sides were delicious and so was the meat, very flavorful and tender. We had a wonderful time my grandson even got a surprise ice cream dessert for his birthday. We will definitely be back“

“Main reason for my review was for our server on 10/19 named Dylan. Dylan, you’re literally the best server we’ve had since this location opened up and we were all so excited to have you as our server! Other times we’ve gone we’ve had servers that weren’t rude, but definitely didn’t care. Give Dylan a raise, you made the whole experience AMAZING and we’ve been here a bunch (including to the California Fullerton location before moving). DYLAN THANKS FOR BEING SO AMAZING! I’ve been going to Gen for years in California and missed it so much up until this location opened! They don’t have rice paper here like they do in California but that’s okay! The food is great as usual but I do have a single complaint, I feel like the salad changed :( never had any complaints with it up until our last visit on 10/19 and it wasn’t as good as all the times before :((( if anyone out there is debating on going here to try it out, GO AND DO IT! You won’t regret it!“
