Koya Sushi was spectacular from the very first impression. Everything exceeded expectations—the warm hospitality, the stunning presentation, and, of course, the delicious food. The owner chef's special sashimi plate was so so so incredible itself. All fishes were very very fresh as well the pieces were huge. I can guarantee Koya is the best Japanese restaurant in the U.S. Also all staff were very kind and professional. Especially I like Tank and Jamie who are owners. Come and see them!!!.
