Do not waste your money on the 24-piece donut hole box. What they don't tell you is that they are cut in half. It's only 12 donut holes because they cut them all in half. I've been looking at advertisements and reviews. The doughnut "dots" are not supposed to be cut in half. I'm not sure why this particular franchise thinks it's appropriate to scam their customers by cutting them in half. I'm actually incredibly upset by this. Thank you for wasting the little money I had.

I came here and I picked up my food. Typically the service is very slow here and they're definitely understaffed. I decided to go use the restroom while I waited for the line to calm down. When I got in there I was amazed, there was no soap, there was no paper towels and oh my gosh the toilet was disgusting. This is first thing in the morning when you would expect the place to look great after they've work to get it started....

My favorite was the original donuts . Decken was so polite. THE DONUTS WERE AMAZING.
Excellent, one-of-a-kind donuts, especially the hot glazed. Words cannot describe how melt-in-your-mouth delicious they are. Friendly service and clean, bright store. You can even watch the donut-making.

I'll start by saying it was an honest mistake of getting the wrong order (drive thru speakers can be hard to hear) and I got a refund - however I didn't enjoy the interaction of asking for a swap. The process of exchanging made me feel like I was causing an issue. Maybe it was just a hard or stressful time, but I definitely felt uncomfortable.

I used by really excited when we can up to Portland because we could get Kristy Keme. Now though I just don’t really care. The local donut shop makes good donuts. Maybe it’s also that I can’t make myself eat those 1200 calorie donuts. The glazed donuts are still good though.
